GoogleI found Abbotts to be very professional, very efficient and also very attuned to the needs of a home seeker. Lucy was great at providing viewings of the right kind of properties. My time wasn't wasted with unsuitable or over budget properties. The conveyancing back up team were good and the purchase and move went smoothly. The on-line conveyancing connect tool was useful to see how the process were progressing. All in all a very good experience. Would whole heartedly recommend.

GoogleLucie was amazing. I'm a single lady and was looking at getting my foot on property ladder. Lucie helped me and guided me through the buying process which took a load of my mind. Very professional people who helps make buying a house a bit less stressful! Was always at the end of the phone to help and also when went into the shop nothing was a bother. Very good estate agents to use. I viewed the house at 10am on a Tuesday and come Thursday was sorting out mortgages!!! Would recommend highly!!!! Thanks everyone for making my first buy a nice experience.

GoogleEmily has done an incredible job in making the purchase of our 1st home as stress free as possible.
She kept us informed and updated at all times and even chased the solicitors for all parties on numerous occasions to push through the chain.
Would highly recommend Emily and the Abbotts Swaffham team.

GoogleWe had several catastrophes during the sale of our house, none of which were the fault of the Estate Agents. They kept us informed, were easily contactable, and reliable throughout the whole process, which really took a lot of the stress away. I would absolutely recommend the Swaffham branch.
