Disappointed to leave this review. I was due to have a valuation today with Abbotts Watton however over the weekend was approached by another local estate agent who also got us viewings lined up for over the next few days. My partner called to let them know that we appreciate their time but will not be signing with them. The lady on the phone was very blunt and after hearing this news did not even say bye and just hung up the phone. Unfortunate as we received such good customer service up until this point.

Lynn was away when we exchanged and completed but the rest of the team knew where we were up to and continued seamlessly (and I think we spoke to them all at some point). We viewed a home recently and was shown round by Diane. She was friendly and helpful. We decided to make an offer which Diane dealt with very quickly. She got answers to all our questions about the home and we were happy to know very quickly also, that our offer was accepted. Diane sorted identity checks etc and did everything efficiently. We were very impressed with her attention to us. However because of a contract issue, another estate agent claimed the sale and unfortunately we have had to go with it, but we would just like to say how impressed we were with Abbotts and if we had a choice we would have stayed with them.
