I worked with Abbots when purchasing my first home. We all know the unknown is always stressful and for me I feel super anxious. My experience was made so much better with Eve as she is very professional and very easy to communicate with. All round a genuinely lovely person. I would highly recommend the team at Abbots. Annette, Darren, and Eve were incredibly supportive throughout the process of selling our property. They were always on hand to provide prompt and helpful advice. Their friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience stress-free. Would highly recommend the team at Abbotts Rochford. They were extremely helpful and supportive, kept in regular contact and chased replies with the conveyancer and buyers. From meeting Annette at the start who impressed me with her ability to walk around the house, notice all the extras and reassure me the price we proposed was suitable. Then Ben, Eve and Irina who did such a great job showing potential buyers around and helped to sell the property and kept me sane during the stressful times of waiting on searches and all the slow things that delay the exchange, to Chris who started towards the end and was also extremely positive and supportive.
