Brilliant service from first meeting to completion . Luke was very friendly reassuring and explained every detail , nothing was too much trouble and the marketing of our property was excellent. All the staff were always very polite professional and helpful . Linda was a star always keeping us updated and very helpful throughout I feel they definitely went the extra mile especially when Advice and reassurance was needed. Well done the whole team 10/10 accross the board .

We had a great experience purchasing our property through Abbotts. It’s wasn’t straight forward as there was a lot of back and forth but Zoe, Chelsea, Jessica and the wider team were always happy to help. Calls were returned when they said they would be and they couldn’t do enough for us. I was very pleased with the service I received as a buyer and I wouldn’t hesitate to use consider Abbotts if and when we sell, thank you.

Both Luke Scannell (Ipswich Branch Manager) and his team provided us with a 1st rate service from the 1st meeting all the way through to completion . We had struggled with an earlier sale of my mum’s house falling through and Luke gave us great advice and demonstrated superior local knowledge. We achieved the price we wanted and will use Luke’s team in the future Luke was very respectful towards my 80 year old Mum from the start, understanding that she wanted to be kept involved even though I was handling the process on her behalf. This made a great difference to her.. ,He was professional, pleasant and communicated very promptly and clearly .. 10/10 from us for both his sales and interpersonal skills .. We purchased our first home with Abbots and it went very smoothly. Big thank you to Chelsa as she was proffesional and always kept in contact with us throughout the move. Although Abbotts has their own mortgage brokers, they weren't pushy in us using their brokers and happily accepted ours without any issue. We got a nice welcome pack when we picked up the keys which was a nice surprise. I would certainly reccomend using them again.

My experience with Abbotts was terrible. The property had serious mould, and despite calling Chelsea & Yuliia and emailing repeatedly, nothing was done. Communication was ignored, and my deposit return request was also ignored. I’ve now had to open a MyDeposits dispute, which is still unresolved. Based on my experience: Unprofessional. Incompetent, Devious and Untrustworthy. AVOID!
