GoogleI recently contacted these guys in order to book a viewing on a property in which they were marketing. From the initial phone call, 2 forms of booking confirmation, meeting the lovely Mark at the property, to being asked for feedback on the next working day, the whole process was seamless. I didn’t feel pushed in any way when I said that the property wasn’t for me.
I was encouraged to get a valuation of my property, of which I took them up on. Jack came out and gave his honest opinion and informed me of the estimated price of my property. This was followed up by an email explaining how he had come to this figure, using his research to support his figure.
All in all I have been impressed with the lovely nature of the staff and the casual approach. They have left the details for me to mull over, making me aware that they are here if needed. No pushy salesman approach insight.
