GoogleHad an appointment to view an apartment at 4:30 on Friday and had received 2 text messages from Abbotts confirming it, waited for half hour and when called them was told they'd given the keys to another estate agent and weren't coming out to the viewing. I'd travelled up from London specifically for the viewing and it was booked several days before. Was told they'd handed the keys over the day before so why didn't you bother to call or email me and let me know you were cancelling my appointment?!?! A three hour wasted return trip from London - this is absolutely disgraceful. Was then told they would arrange for the following day and would call me in the morning but no one could be bothered to call.

GoogleExcellent prompt service from Edric who managed the sale of our property. This was a prolonged process because the buyer had made the mistake of choosing and inept, online solicitor. Edric kept on top of the situation and eventually got us through to exchange and completion.

GoogleDarren and the team were amazing, although buying under modern method auction ( which I wasn’t happy with) Darren and the team supported me through.. nothing was ever too much trouble , Darren arranged and met me at the property each time I needed to visit, and on completion (which only took 2 months) and collecting the keys I felt like they were celebrating with me (I know it’s their business). But I truly felt supported throughout the whole process from first viewing to completion would thoroughly recommend Darren and the team

GoogleAnnette and Darren could not have been more helpful or friendly. We had a difficult house to sell and they helped make the process less stressful with great communication and a smiling face every time I popped in for an update. They found the perfect buyer for our property when other local estate agents had failed. We also use the mortgage advisor who works with abbotts, Paul, over the years he has been a great help and is a fountain of knowledge.

GoogleI worked with Abbots when purchasing my first home. We all know the unknown is always stressful and for me I feel super anxious. My experience was made so much better with Eve as she is very professional and very easy to communicate with. All round a genuinely lovely person. She provided me with information that I needed and tried to help the best she could. Now everything has completed I reached out asking further questions that was based on the property and she continued her polite and welcoming mannerisms. Would definitely recommend working with Abbots Rochford.

A little hiccup cropped up along the way, yet Peter went above and beyond to sort it out. In the end, everything fell into place once Peter wisely enlisted Sydni’s help. GoogleAbbots was a wonderful estate agency to consult during my search for a property. They had a wide range of properties available and really listened to my needs ever time I realised I would like to see something else in a property. They always let me attend last minute to viewings and were very flexible with my ever changing schedule. They also offered a lot of help with offering other services such as surveyors and solicitors. I would especially like to thank Lianna for being so attentive and going above and beyond to show me all that is available and introduce me to chelsmford as a city. I definitely recommend choosing this agency when considering property to buy!
