GoogleAbsolutely 5-star service from Mark Swaby, cannot fault anything that Mark did for us and would highly recommend. We were first time buyers and he went through every option that was available to us and was at the end of the phone if we needed any further advice. Buying a new build home came with many challenges and Mark certainly had his work cut out with our home builders not sticking to target dates resulting in us having to reapply for the mortgage but he made sure everything was in place in time for completion. Cannot thank him enough for his outstanding service.

GoogleNow that the dust has settled from the house move I would like to thank the team at Abbott's Hellesdon branch for the fantastic job they did in selling our house for us. Thank you to Amanda who always had a smile on her face and was extremely helpful all the time. Simon the branch manager who is quietly professional and has a great knowledge of the area he covers in Hellesdon. Mark is an asset and his work reflects this review. A very happy couple with a new home. Trust me go to this man. You will have no stress to deal with. GoogleDO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT. Absolutely the worst Estate Agent. 'Damien was useless as the Lettings Manager. He ignores all correspondence and is NOT willing to help with any issues. Does not even deserve one star. Considering you pay over £2000 in charges to move into the property you end up doing the most of the work yourself!!!!

GoogleAbsolutely the worst Estate Agents I have ever come across. Went to view a property with them today and they did not turn up so I rang them. The agent replied that I had not been booked in - lie. Then I said that I had traveled for 90 minutes to view the property so could someone come to the property and show me round and then he lied that it had been sold. Disgusting. You have been warned.
