GoogleI can't thank the team enough our move was not straight forward & Abbotts had to work extremely hard and kept there cool at all times. Extremely professional. Thank you to Lorraine, Samantha and Diane, Lisa . I would recommend Abbotts all day long and would advise using countrywide solicitors . We found it so much eaiser using them as a package because it saves so much time . I have tried it the other way the communication was problem . GoogleLorraine Marshall is our contact for our current sale and also was for the previous sale that happened just 15 months ago. She has been very focussed and helpful and has made our expirence of moving house as stress free as possible. At a time when moving is both fraught with stress and also expensive, it is good to have her helping us through the experience. We had a problem in losing our buyer, but Lorraine was great and found us a new buyer almost straight away. Since then things have progressed despite us losing out on properties we were hoping to buy. She was very supportive throughout without being at all demanding.

GoogleLorraine, Sam and her team should be commended in their efforts to procure the sale of our converted barn, which has proved to be a long and sometimes frustrating process. Our gratitude extends to their methods of communication. In particular, always making themselves available for that 'personal touch,' which in our case usually means a 1-2-1 drop into the branch without notice. Along with regular communiques inc texts, phone calls, mails, all vital when things seem not to be going as expected! Finally a special thanks for their resourcefulness when dealing with 'outside' organisations not normally associated with Estate Agents. Forget 'fixed price' agencies! As you DO NOT get this level of support!

GoogleFrom the outset it was clear that we wanted to place our business with Abbotts of Wymondham. We were helped by Lorraine Marshall who had previously excelled in selling my daughter's house for her. Lorraine is entirely professional, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Throughout the whole process of selling our property she provided excellent support and good advice. We were guided but never pushed. The quality of our Sales Particulars along with the professional photographs stood out and was commented on by numerous people. We also required the support of a mortgage broker in order to buy the house of our dreams. We were very fortunate to have Janet Charlton , from Countrywide Mortgage Services, recommended to us. She found us a good deal and ensured that the building society moved quickly. I believe without her support there was a real danger that the whole process would of floundered. As it was we made up several weeks and needed to because our house sold weeks before we identified our new home. In consequence we were able to synchronise buying and selling. Would I use Abbotts again? Definitely and would recommend others to use Abbotts.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Abbotts and would highly recommend them. They accompanied all viewings as we requested and surprisingly gave feed back, unprompted, on all of the viewings. They were excellent at chasing solicitors in the final drive to complete the sale. Their professional photographer was worth paying the extra for and hopefully we should receive this payment back now we have completed. Thank you Team Abbotts, Wymondham, for all your efforts!

GoogleWe found Abbotts absolutely fantastic. We found that Lorraine the branch manager went the extra mile. Danny and Sarah did the utmost to sell our property and were so very helpful with the sale of our house and Verity was great helping us with our finances. Sam was also very helpful making it a very smooth transaction and allowing us to begin the next chapter of our lives. Where other agents failed, Abbotts succeeded! 5 Stars!
