GoogleReally happy with the service provided by Abbotts in Thorpe Bay. What should of been an easy sale of my flat, had every twist and turn you can imagine. My stress levels were tested and I don't know where I would of been without the help of Paul and Lucy. They really went the extra mile to keep the sale on track and prevent the buyer from pulling out. Lesson learnt from this sale, in future I would use the Solicitor firm recommended by Abbotts. Thankful that you guys kept in touch with me, helped chase things with the buyer and their solicitor. Thus enabling me in turn to chase my solicitor. There were other issues but the team were all over it, working on my behalf and helping the sale continue. You guys really went the extra mile for me and I whole heartedly recommend you. You can't go wrong having these guys in your corner, they work hard to sell your property and ensure the sale goes through.

GoogleGreat customer experience received from Abbotts. We have tried to sell our property 3 times with different companis. Terry was honest and clearly done his home work when he came to value the property and valued it at the right level to enable us yo sell in 2 weeks. from the moment we went on the market to the day of completion the whole team were engaging and supportive. Paul provided twice a week catch ups between me and the buying to help resolve any issues we had. Whilst we have said we wouldn't sell our new property, if we did we would definitely use this branch again. service was a*. Thank you Abbotts

GoogleAbbots Wymondham have been brilliant, especially Lorraine, in our recent house sale and purchase. Its not been the easiest of transactions but we got there in the end despite several setbacks. One thing I will say is that the conveyancing system in this country (England) needs to be updated and changed. It is a nightmare.

We were very impressed with the service we received from Lorraine, the branch manager, who did her utmost to ensure that the whole process, from the initial viewing to exchange of contracts, went as smoothly as possible. GoogleBuying and selling a house was a difficult and stressful experience. However, we had plenty of help from Abbotts of Wymondham, from Lorraine and Elaine especially who kept us informed of what was going on constantly, giving us feedback about potential buyers, contacting and chasing up solicitors on our behalf and also going beyond the call of duty by assisting us with our onward purchase which was not through them. I commend them for their hard work and have already recommended them to other people.

GoogleI was selling a property which I had previously let with another agent in Wymondham. I chose to sell via Abbotts because of Lorraine's dynamic enthusiasm, and her sheer determination to sell my property for the very best price. As a result I had a very acceptable offer within a week after only a half a dozen viewings. Lorraine knew exactly which potential buyers would be interested in my house and positively encouraged them towards the sale, helping to negotiate the best possible price. Then, during the conveyancing, the Abbotts' team regularly checked and chased its progress to a successful conclusion. So, a faultless service; thank goodness I made the walk up the hill to Abbott's office!

GoogleIf you wish to trust your dear property to an estate agent of unquestionable integrity and unmistakable compassion, go to Abbotts in Wymondham. In particular, Lorraine, branch manager, is a true gem embodying all the virtues which an agent - well, a person, really - should fundamentally stand for. It may have been a sheer good luck to come across her, indeed, but it was my own decision to ask her to represent me - the decision which I will for good remain grateful to myself for.
