GoogleI am a landlord and have used Your Move on and off for the last few years renting out my property.
My experience on each occasion has been poor. At one stage we arrived to sign the tenancy with the tenant and he stated he has been given the wrong rental figure by the office when he viewed the property. I wasted over an hour making a tenancy agreement for a tenant who had been mis-advised.
Recently during the time of Covid I have made contact to advertise a property. I was told to drop the keys down. For a week I tried to contact the agent and received no reply from Adeyna. No response to multiple messages and calls.
Only after 2 weeks I got a reply saying she has no photographer and asked me to send in photos I had.
2 Weeks of time wasted trusting in an agent who wasn't even working on the case.
Avoid this estate agent. I can not think of one positive moment with these agents. 2 of the tenants they have got me in the past moved out early & countless issues.
I now use Barnard Marcus in Wallington. Peter & Wintana are amazing at what they do.

GoogleFirstly its a nice restaurant and atmosphere and the beer was good. But they forgot our order and our friend who ordered at the same time had her food. When we asked about ours the staff informed us they forgot us and offered a refund or a 30min wait after waiting for 45min. We took the refund and the manager gave us the wrong amount. It was for half of the order, which we then had to explain that we ordered 2 burgers and not 1. After around an hour we decided to leave.

GoogleLovely, friendly and super supportive staff: especially Jodie who went the extra mile to help find suitable accommodation for my brother.
The staff are really great at working around hectic work schedules for property viewings and they are highly intuitive: making great recommendations for properties you may have missed/overlooked.
There is always a great selection of properties and the shop is light, clean and welcoming and conveniently located in town.
Their pricing is very clear and their property leaflets are well designed with all the relevant information needed!
I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent or buy or even to get a mortgage assessment!
