Long distance selling is always awkward at the best of times, especially during the Covid19 age, but using Your Move was the perfect choice. After meeting Phil and the team in the office my mind was put at rest with the professionalism, friendly attitude shown towards my wife and I. Jay had found us a buyer for our property in under 2 weeks of being on the market. We found his professional, friendly, enthusiastic manner and personality refreshing for an estate agent. He kept us up to date of the progress of the sale on a regular basis via email and phone, also ensuring all parties were on the same time line for completion of the sale. After a disasterous experience with Purple Bricks, we contacted Kirsty at Your Move Swanley. Our experience with Your Move could not have been any more different than with PB. The whole branch team were courteous, professional, helpful and highly proactive. Any problems or issues were tackled and dealt with very quickly, What we particularly appreciated was the regular contact between us and the estate agent. They were calling regularly to inform us of new developments or issues that had arisen and were always open and honest. We initially used Purple Bricks as our estate agent as they quoted a much higher potential selling price and cheaper fees. I did not realise at the time that Purple Bricks are paid whether they sell your property or not, so we soon realised that giving an over-inflated sale price is all part of their sales strategy. We are now taking them to the Estate Agents Ombudsman because of this and a number of other issues. We will never use Purple Bricks again. I wish we had chosen Your Move at the very beginning of this process as the whole experience, once they were with us, was easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend any buyers or sellers to use this branch, and will definitely use them again if the need arises. Thanks to Kirsty and the team at Your Move Swanley.

As a new landlord, Your Move were really helpful in: - giving advice to someone who is inexperienced, - marketing the property, while refurbishments were on going, which meant that a tennant was moving in 2 days after the house was finished. This resulted in that we were receiving rent immediately! Other agents didn't want to market the property until it was finished, which over Xmas and the New Year would have meant a 2 month delay costing £2,750 in lost rent. - put me in touch with Rafal of Sparkling Property Services Ltd who handled the refurbishment from start to finish. He was brilliant and advice/recommendations were spot on! I would have no hesitation in recommending the Swanley office to anyone looking to rent for the first time.

VERY DISAPPOINTING, UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL We had an appointment to view a flat in Bromley. We arrived a little early. After around 20 minutes no one showed so I called to find out what's going on. I got through first and spoke to an assistant and seemed to be hung up on. Tried again and eventually got through to the sales team. He told me that we were in the book as miscellaneous (no details), no contact number and just my name. He told me it looked as though they had forgot (or had no intention to show up) and gone to another appointment nowhere near my location. He said he would contact the agent and let me know. I was with my partner, her father and my young child. We waited there for almost an HOUR!!! To be fair to the sales member he apologized, however we did not get a call back and obviously decided to leave. To this day I have not heard back from them. No explanation and no apology. I don't know how their database works but I had contacted them a number of times regarding this flat and others and left my details so I can't see how they didn't have my phone number. Its utterly unprofessional and very disappointing. Unfortunately they are holding the keys (literally) and it may be unavoidable to deal with them in future which saddens me. But if possible I would avoid dealing with this agency.

I supported my elderly mother to sell her property with your move,so she could move into a warden control flat. Anita was fantastic,nothing was to much trouble for her. She took her time and explained everything to my mother,with regards to the selling process. it took many months for us to exchange and to complete,as there were problems along the way. Anita always kept us informed what was going on. She chased things up on our behalf,she often helped to resolve problems within the chain. She always kept us informed about what was happening. Dylan was also involved in the selling process. He was also fantastic and always happy to answer and queries and chase anything up on our behalf I can't thank Anita and Dylan enough. As it is really lovely to see my mum happy in her new home. .

Fantastic service from Kate at Your Move Canterbury. Due to the COVID situation my daughter (University of Kent student) is no longer able to travel to the states for her study abroad year. Kate has been so helpful and professional from the start, offering help and advice, resulting in accommodation being sorted quite late in the game as most students have their accommodation arranged early in the year. Nothing has been too much trouble for Kate - not even my 101 questions!! My daughter found Kate lovely when they met for the viewing. Thank you Kate - you really have been great!!

Cannot thank Stewart and Daisy enough for everything they have done for us. We knew as soon as we met Stewart at our valuation that these were the estate agents for us and we were 100% right.
