GoogleI was very glad to have the help of Lucy and Rhianna in letting my flat. I've been out of the market for some time and they were able to guide me through the new regulations very kindly and efficiently - and they got me a tenant within a couple of weeks.

My partner and I just completed the purchase of our first home in Tunbridge Wells and we have to thank Your Move for it.From the moment we viewed the property to the day we purchased it, Katy has been very professional, helpful and always responsive. We cannot thank her enough.As we did not have a solicitor, she helped with recommending one (Premier Property Lawyers), which we were very happy with.We had a mortgage advisor already, as we had tried to purchase a property last year, but we were not very happy with their service, so when Katy asked if we wanted a free consultation with Embrace (EFS), we took her offer, and we are very glad we did. David from Embrace is a star! We even met with him in person and he was extremely helpful.We also interacted briefly with Megan and Tracey from Your Move, and they were both nice and polite.We would definitely recommend Your Move to anyone who is interested in buying/selling a property in Tunbridge Wells!

GoogleIf you want an honest no-nonsense estate agent who you can trust completely then choose Reeds Rains Plaistow. Staffs from the barking road was so supportive from start to finish and always went the extra mile when required , especially when advise needed they always there for you where your feel comfortable to get information. Charges is a fair rate for excellent service. Delivers what it promises and blessed with rains 🌧️

Last year I spotted a property being sold by Yourmove and agreed to pay the asking price subject to my property being sold. Although comparatively expensive I agreed to Yourmove marketing my property. I was assured by them that as they were handling the sales of both properties things would run smoothly. I thought that they over valued my property by quite a large margin and after several viewings I had only one offer which was well below their valuation figure, however, in the meantime I discovered that they had sold the other property without contacting me. Several months later I checked and found that the vendor had accepted a substantially lower figure than I had agreed on. I was very unimpressed with their service and would not use them again.

I am a landlord. I have a fully managed contract with Your Move. The maintentance team are very happy to raise issue for anything they find to send their own contractor. However, when they hear I have my own cover such as British Gas and tell them to let the tenants to arrange a visit, they freak out and say that I should contact BG myself. How on earth I know when the tenants are preset. All other agencies such as Acorn are instructing the tenants as per my advice, but these people in Your Move are totally corrupt. Either their own contractor to charge something or go and f*** yourself attitude. Moreover, very unorganised and messy mainteneance,
