Really friendly and helpful from the start, When we had viewing there were on time and very professional, we always had good communication and positive feed back from the girls, there were emailing us even out of hours, which we really appreciated can't fault them in any way, great experience and a privilege to work with would definitely recommend them.....

Bit of a shaky start to the process but…

Bit of a shaky start to the process but the staff at the Shaw office where very helpful (Katie and Sally). They do keep you fully informed along the way.All the viewings where done by the staff which I found really helpful.

Well what can I say, truly awful

Well, what can I say? Disgraceful. I am currently a tenant in an apartment and I have been waiting for two years to get a multitude of problems fixed, to no avail. This company should push the landlord to perform routine maintenance, but they just don't care. I would strongly recommend you steer clear if you are going to rent. If you need further details please feel free to contact me and I will tell you in far more terms you will understand that this company is awful.

RENTERS BEWARE - DO NOT RENT

Been renting with Your Move for a few months now, once our contract is up we will leave and will never rent with them again. Staff are rude and ignore emails. Currently going through their escalated complaints process stated on their website (at stage 2) as had massive issues with the house and was getting no answers from the branch. Landlord also refused to fix issues or acknowledge them. Been waiting for over 4 months and no reply or help from Your Move. Been told that the senior manager responsible (who's name is on the website) is aware of the complaint but has yet to acknowledge it or reply. Absolute disgrace. Please avoid.

Shocking service from Yourmove, Kettering/Northants branch.As a landlord I'd highly recommend anyone to consider any other rental management companies they can find. Terrible communication, high costs and more admin fees than I've ever heard of.Feel sorry for my tenants who have also been on the other end of this incompetence.

We cannot fault your amazing team of girls at the Crawcrook branch. Moving is a stressful enough process to start but that little team have gone above and beyond start to finish , friendly , funny and very efficient and have always made us feel more than welcome with our dealings at Your Move . Lydia at reeds rains in rye has really helped us in getting out of a cold damp and mouldy flat and into a beautiful 2 bedroom house! Always kept us up to date with what what happening and with dates. Was even willing to meet us before we moved in to help measure the new property to make sure our furniture fitted which is very appreciated.
