GoogleIF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD. I have been renting with Newton Fallowell for nearly 2 years now. Staff are friendly however............ My home has now been entered on two occasions without prior authorisation from myself. A tradesman has been given access to my home, which only myself and young daughter live at, without my prior knowledge. The only way I have known someone has been in my property is that I received a gas safety certificate through the post. The first time this happened, a year ago, i was overwhelmed with apologies and reasons for the mistake. Low and behold it has happened again. I have lost all faith in this company. Legally this is TRESPASS

GoogleWe considered both local and internet based estate agents for the sale of of our house and after the unresponsiveness and lack of urgency of the internet options (with photos and valuation taking over 2 weeks lead time), we decided to go with the local agents. Of the various ones we had to look over our property Newton offered the best rate / quickest photos and update onto websites. The sales service was far superior to our previous experiences with other agents and the team were constantly updating us and could not do enough for us. The sale went through smoothly and I am more than happy to recommend the sleaford team (In particular Matt and Will).

GoogleA fantastic all round speedy service from good childs from the start, sold our house within the first 2 weeks. Friendly faces and always there to take your call. The whole experiance from goodchilds was professional and compassionate. If there was a 10 star rating then hey it would be 10/10.
