From first visit we were impressed with professionalism of this company. Every member of staff has been prepared to go the extra mile for us. Mark took an excellent set of photographs to put online but reappeared after close of business to retake the outside shots because the sun had come out, we knew then we had a dedicated team on our side. Have to also mention Millie's dogged determination when dealing with our sale, it must have been so frustrating sometimes but she never was anything less than calm and polite and kept things moving along. There is always someone available to listen, help and advise. Very much appreciate all your efforts. Have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.

We recently purchased our new home through this agent. Both Mark and Mandy were extremely helpful throughout buying process even putting us in contact with trades people and arranging for work to be done before we moved in. This often required Mark to make frequent visits to the property to allow access. Correspondence was usually answered within a few minutes even on a Sunday night! Cannot fault the service in any way and would give them six stars if I could.

I dealt with Newton Fallowell as my vendors estate agent, as I used an online agent to sell my house. For me it highlights the big difference between the two methods of selling/buying houses. There is no doubt that it's cheaper to use online agents but only if you're prepared to do your own chasing and learn as you go. If not, then I would recommend Newton Fallowell and especially Millie who was excellent at chasing the solicitors and updating us all.

Very Unprofessional People ,work on negative assumptions. I planned a property visit with them on 21st and confirmed it with an email. Following day I didn't receive an email confirmation so rang them to confirm the visit and instantly received an email from B Dean . However on the day of appointment(23rd Mar) no body rang me until 4:25pm. I left work early hoping to see the property got my other half and the son and on the way their received a message to get intouch. Rang them to find out that it was too late to get intouch and they can't make it before 6pm. Will not be dealing with these Time Wasters again Second question he asked me when I rang for viewing was if my income was over £12k/year. Estate Agents needs to learn some manners and give their customers some respect. Never mind if they don't have any respect but people in surrounding does have respect and values. Very Bad Experience
