GoogleBeing a first time buyer I was unsure of the process however Karen at the Grantham branch was extremely helpful and explained the whole process to me, I was in regular contact with Karen as I came up against a few issues that Karen helped sort out for me. I would highly recommend the service that they offer extremely helpful and friendly

GoogleWe received excellent service, communication and courtesy from the Newton Fallowell team in Grantham. Despite the distinct lack of communication or any pro-active work by the on-line agent that the people we were buying from used.

GoogleJust a few things really. The first was the amount of irrelevant emails regarding potential homes for sale. I had said that I only wanted to consider property in a specific area and specific price however all emails I received did not match my criteria and continued to arrive even though I had had an offer accepted on one of their properties. Also on my day of completion as I waited in the office to hear I could have the keys I had to ask someone if they could answer the phone as there were a few senior staff chatting next to the coffee machine as the ringing phone continues. As a positive I was offered a drink while I waited by a nice chap.

GoogleAll the team at newton Fallowell in Grantham have been fab in the process of selling our home. Nothing is to much trouble and all staff are kind, friendly and make you feel part of their little family!! They have made the stress of selling our home a more present experience. The mortgage advice service is second to none as well and Sharon has sorted everything to keep us on the right track. She has kept calm in moments when we have not quite understood and sat and explained things fully so we get the best for our family. Thank you for everything everyone. Xx
