GoogleI sold my flat with Mann several months ago. Their rates were very competitive and their staff were extremely friendly and professional. Every question I asked was answered promptly and I was kept in the loop regarding developments on my sale. I would highly recommend using Mann in Sutton for their services.

GoogleWe'd just like to say how happy we were with the service delivered by Mann. Through what at times was a very difficult sale and purchase process, Mann helped ease things along and reduce what could have been a terrible process (due to other agents I should emphasis) Sarah at Mann, Redhill Branch was always helpful and talked us through all the things we needed to know and helped chase up everyone else, when they weren't wanting to be helpful! This was the second property we've sold through Mann and although they were eight years apart, we've walked away with the same positive view of Mann.

Googleabsolute top class letting agency,feels more like a family run business than any other ordinary high street agency ,..they go to every length possible to address any situation between landlord and tenant with no bias or preferential treatment on any side ..as both landlord and tenant are treated equally and professionally with each party's legal rights upheld with integrity making both landlords and tenants feel mutually valued and appreciated. i have dealt with a few letting agency's over the years some good and bad but Mann lettings in ramsgates magical ingredient is its current STAFF !! !! SIMPLY OUTSTANDING.

GoogleDO NOT USE TO SELL YOUR HOUSE. It is agents like these that give the professions such a bad name. They do not live up to their promises, will stop at nothing to get and keep your property. Even when I cancelled my contract (14 day cooling off period) they harassed me with a visit (with flowers!) calls, and texts to try to get some viewings. And would not take my property of the internet or return my keys. Their fees are exhorbitant, but v negotiable!
