GoogleMak Dixon. Hi . I would like to say how happy we were with the recent sale of our house in mead vale Redhill, I dont normally write reviews but I must say the service we received was outstanding from start to finish, Sarah and her team kept us informed and with the solicitor and the survey and the communication between the buyer , we are refurbishing our new house and will eventually sell it through Mann Redhill. Thanks once again to all the team at Redhill.

GoogleSelling: Great! No issues… all very smooth and Stephanie Briscoe was communicative and made it a smooth process. 5 stars for selling. Letting: I was renting out my flat before selling it. This side of MannC is mostly good. On the day-to-day side it runs well and on occasions I had them to do fix something, it was done quickly. It comes a little unstuck when I had questions about the contract and then i'd get bounced around from regional office to MannC Redhill and found it hard to get answers or even replies. 4 stars for letting.

GoogleDaniel, Hazel and Doug helped me to get into my dream flat in a very short space of time. They all worked really hard and were responsive which made a big difference to my peace of mind and the smooth running of the whole process. Daniel has helped me to find three great flats in total over the years and he always comes up with a great quality of property that other local agents just weren't able to do. He always goes over and above his duties. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and clear. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleDoug, Daniel and Hazel, the Mann Lettings Team have been fantastic. They have knocked spots off other Agents in the area from early on in my search. Doug and Daniel took time in getting to know what I was looking for, and I believe have represented me well in negotiations with the Landlord. Hazel has also been really supportive in co-ordinating the signing off of the contracts around my complex work schedule. They are a thoroughly professional, warm and friendly team who deliver a great service. I have no hesitation in recommending them highly.

GoogleI can't say enough nice things about the staff of Mann Countrywide Lettings. Doug our estate agent, was diligent and trustworthy. He was intrumental in getting us into our new flat for the right price and for exactly what we wanted. After the relatively short wait to see if the landlord accepted our application (again I'm sure Doug was instrumental in his acceptance) we had to deal with Hazel who managed our references, scheduling of signature and the key exchange. She was as great to work with as Doug. Friendly and helpful with the due dilligence process. I would highly recommend them to any of my colleagues looking to move.

GoogleGary was great. He valued my property and had it on the market straight away. I had a choice of tenants. The whole process was smooth. A year later and Gary has arranged a rent increase with my tenant for me. Fantastic. Would definitely use him again.

GoogleThe agency re-let out the property to a new tenant on 04/09/2014 during my tenancy period when the property kept empty, without notice to me, without apology. The agency infringed my rights, treated me unfairly, ignored my statements and bullied me in a way that results in my financial losses of pro rata rental payment and full deposits no return and suffering avoidable aggravation, distress and inconvenience. The case had been forwarded to The Property Ombudsman. If you are a tenant, please be very careful and definitely avoided.

We take complaints very seriously and your complaint was investigated and responded to at the highest level. We pride ourselves on providing an efficient and excellent service to all of our landlords and tenants. It is therefore very saddening for my team and I when we hear that we have not met a client’s expectations. Your tenancy was not managed by Mann, it was a Let Only arrangement with the management of the tenancy, including the termination and the refund of any rental payments were outside our remit and the limitations of our agreement with the Landlord. GoogleFantastic Service, courtesy of Lisa. We are experienced Landlords looking to start adding properties in the area to our portfolio. Lisa went out of her way to ensure we knew what was happening all of the way through the transaction. She always responded to calls or emails and got us the information we needed without any fuss; even down to ensuring that the lettings team found us a tenant to move in on Saturday. Clearly with someone like Lisa on the team I won’t hesitate to recommend Manns to other Landlords. Sean & Peter

GoogleFantastic experience, courtesy of Lisa. My partner and I were looking to buy our first home together. Lisa, an agent at Mann, took us around a couple of properties and really made the effort to get to know exactly what we were looking for. She also arranged for us to speak to Mann's mortgage broker. Throughout the process, Lisa kept us updated and was quick in responding to any queries we had. Thanks very much for making this potentially stressful time so easy and enjoyable! Would highly recommend. Emma and Tim, first time buyers.

GoogleI rent a flat with Mann in Beckenham and the whole experience was very positive and trouble-free. The agents I dealt with - Sam, Rebecca and James - were very friendly and addressed all my concerns and questions in professional manner. As a result I moved to my new flat quickly and smoothly.

GoogleThe agents were very flexible in arranging viewing of my property for times that I could manage. They were very informed about the area and gave me all the information about letting procedure. I was very impressed by their friendliness and professional manner. They found tenants for my property in under a week which was fantastic. Great doing business with them, would recommend to anyone.

GoogleDan Bush (Lettings Manager) and his team provided me with an excellent service, both pre and post letting. They found an excellent tenant for me within a relatively short space of time and maintained regular contact with me throughout the process. Enthusiastic, competitive and very professional. I would highly recommend Dan and the Mann office in Locks Heath to any prospective landlords and tenants.
