GoogleAnother year & yet again a very happy Landlord. The Lettings Team found me a tenant within 3 days. I Cannot fault this team in anyway ,they stayed professional through out the whole process. I would Recomend Mann Lettings to any current landlords or new landlords. You will not find a better team then James, Scott, Catherine & Chloe. 5 stars for you !!

James Smith and his team found my first tenants for me and recently managed a renewal of that tenancy. Iβve been impressed with all aspects of the service - James and his colleagues are friendly, professional and prompt in replying to queries, getting things done and keeping me informed of progress. GoogleMyself and my partner moved in together leaving his Nan's flat vacant, so I used Mann Lettings in North End Portsmouth to find her a tenant and fully manage the property for her. Beth, Charlotte, Ben & Steve were fantastic from start to finish finding us a tenant in record term for the full rental value they marketed the property for. This tenant changed her mind and instead of being set back from this, Mann instantly found us a replacement and the tenants moved in the day after my partner vacated meaning his Nan had income immediately which she was delighted with! All in all, fantastic work by the whole team!
