Thank you to Sarah and the Team at Mann in Redhill. We were very pleased with the service we received. Sarah was always on top of things and ensured that we were kept up to date with the progress of our purchase at all times. She was great at coordinating things. As we had joined a broken chain, it was imperative to keep things moving and Mann did this. We were selling our property through another well known estate agent and the manager of that branch did not even return calls or emails. Having such a contrast in service only served to highlight how professional the Team at Mann were. Thank you Mann & Co.

I would definitely recommend Mann & Co in Sydenham as the Estate Agent to use. They are professional, dedicated and determined to get the best price for your property that you are selling. The sales staff meet and greet you and learn everything they can about your property in order to market it. The Team, Lee, Guy, Truong, Hannah & Natalie were superb and I thank them all for their hard work.

These estate agents are useless. Even the smallest issue with your property will not get sorted for weeks as they use a property management company to hire contractors to do the work. When chasing, nobody has any clue of when the work will get done because they dont communicate with eachother and they just say it has been reported to the property management company, which still leaves me in the dark as to when I'm getting my shower fixed.

I was first introduced to Tim and his colleague Luke about 3 months ago via Sarah Judge at Mann&Co Dartford,I was very apprehensive about entering the buy to let world until i sat down and spoke with Tim who completely put my mind at ease answering all my questions with ease.Tim suggested to market the property at £950 pcm which to be honest i thought was a little excessive but Tim assured me this amount was quite achievable,over the next few days Tim and Luke had arranged 7 viewings for the forthcoming Saturday.Luke showed prospective tenants around that Saturday giving me feedback ..........and yes true to his word I achieved the full asking price.I cannot thank Tim and Luke enough for their hard work and tireless effort in what i thought would be a difficult experience.Hopefully this is the first of many buy to let properties for myself and i would not hesitate in appointing Tim and Luke again ....Thanks guys

What i can honestly say is that the team @ Mann (Dartford) are very dedicated, Our first contact was with Luke and his knowledge is extensive and honest, his dedication to his job is amazing, despite us going too and from 2 properties in the area he was extremely helpful and understanding, Then we had dealing's with Tim (branch manager) and again his knowledge is also extensive and he was also extremely patient and understanding when we hit a snag with our previous letting agents... My experience with Mann letting agency was extremely awesome. My agent (luke) from our initial consultation was very helpful in selecting an ideal property. He picked me up from the train station on the day of our viewings. He kept me informed about each process and was always polite. He even went as far as sorting my mails when there was an issue with the post box keys. Overall personal experience was outstanding. And I have already referred 2 of my friends to Luke at Mann Lettings. I would like to personally say thank you very much luke for making my move very smooth and hassle free. Mann Dartford handled my recent property sale, and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We mostly dealt with Chantelle who managed to perfectly walk the fine line of keeping us up to date without feeling like we were constantly getting calls from the estate agent. This was particularly impressive in the early stages when they arranged a huge number of viewings for the property on the first weekend it was listed (which paid dividends as we didn't then need a second weekend because there was plenty of interest thanks to the large pool of viewings). We had tenants in the property on the weekend of the viewings, who were not hugely co-operative but Chantelle attended early enough that she was able to resolve any issues and make sure that the place looked good for the prospective buyers. Very glad we went with Mann and I would recommend the Dartford branch to anyone looking to list a property in the area.

I would highly recommend Mann Dartford to anyone looking to sell their property in the area. Kevin and his team, especially Chantelle were fantastic with the support, advice and professionalism they provided when I sold my house at the end of 2015. Within 20 minutes of me signing the paperwork to place the property on the market they were on the phone to me with two interested parties. By the following Saturday, 12 viewings had been arranged, and we were offered full asking price. From start to finish they worked tirelessly to ensure exchange and completion happened within a short period of time; liaising with solicitors on both sides, the buyers and ourselves. Without their help the whole process would have taken a lot longer and been a lot more stressful. A truly excellent service.
