Really love these guys. As individuals they are fantastic every one of them. However our aim is to sell our property and since having the property on the market (with 2 agents) we have had 10 viewings from the other agent and 1 viewing from Mann. Therefore although I would love to give a higher review, the performance from Mann just has not been there. As a caveat to my review, these guys are based in Sidcup and my property is based in Bexley Village. The other estate agent is based in Bexley Village. This locational advantage will of course have an impact.

The South Croydon branch looked after us very well and our flat sale went through without difficulty. We were treated with politeness and efficiency by all staff but the experienced Lino Rosato both advised and listened to us with care and consideration and made the whole process easier. Also Janene was very helpful with the follow up, nudging solicitors into action and helping us finalise smoothly. I would recommend their service.

They will eat all your deposit. Stay away Alex is very arrogant and will disappoint you once you moved in.This is a cheap company under greedy management. Once you signed the contract you will see there rude and unprofessional behaviour.

During the purchase of my first property I got to know a lot of the staff at mann. They were all lovely people and tried to help on numerous occasions. Emma was great at communicating with both solicitors to keep me up to date and provided reassurance whenever needed during a long process. Thank you for all your help

Horrible customer service. Some of the estate agents are rude and disrespectful. No communication, I have to call or go there to find out what's going on. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I would HIGHLY recommend going with…

I would HIGHLY recommend going with Mann estate agents when buying/selling. Both myself and my partner had a personalised experience with the company, who offered us houses to look around prior to them being on the market. Throughout our time with them they have showed a real lack of care and understanding of what we wanted in a house and helped us every single step of the way. The whole branch were there to answer my queries or phone calls when I needed and they were all extremely friendly and found us our dream house! Extra praise goes out to Maria O'connor, who went above and beyond to help us find the dream home. From start to finish she was an absolute diamond and was there 24/7 to contact, even sometimes via text when I was unable to call due to work commitments. I thank them all so much, and will definitely be coming back to Mann Estate Agents in the future and recommending them to any of my friends in the future.
