GoogleQuite simply, if ALL estate agents were like Sarah, they wouldn't ever have a bad rep. Sarah was professional, focussed, helpful, firm, fun and kept our move on track. She was honest - unlike some very closely situated competitors - and explained all aspects of how we could keep progress going. She managed a lot of different expectations and was forever up and down the chain monitoring. I hated moving, BUT if i ever move again I will use Sarah without a doubt, above any others! Simply - She is a STAR! One person in our chain used an online agent which I ended up referring to as Purple Obstructions - pay the money - use Sarah - get a great service!

GoogleHave just exchanged contracts on our new house with Mann. We have been so impressed by Sarah that she managed to sell our property within less than a day and helped us secure our new home. Despite a long chain Sarah has been tenancious to seeing the process through to completion. Commission well spent.

GoogleSarah of Mann has always been brilliant going above and beyond normal customer care. We met her three years before when we used her services, to value a house. We changed our minds about selling but she was so friendly and helpful three years later we remembered her and used her services. We sold within three days and she helped making everything go smoothly. Recently we engaged Mann to rent out our house while we moved abroad. Although not her area of business she again was on hand to help out when we needed it. Sorting out a few minor issues. Then again when we completed our tax form for the sale of our house, we couldn't find a sale document she contacted her colleagues for us and provided the vital information. She didn't need to but she did it quickly with no fuss. I would highly recommend her, an excellent and customer focused estate agent.

GoogleSarah at Mann in Redhill was so helpful with our mortgage advice. initially she gave us support in considering our best options and then transferred us to her mortgage adviser who was brilliant throughout the rest of the process. Both Sarah and her adviser liaised with us through every aspect of deciding which mortgage was right for our needs. They were friendly and professional which gave us great confidence. The entire process was unbelievably easy and we are so happy with the mortgage rate and deal we received. They also followed up with a courtesy call after the mortgage had gone through, to check we were happy with everything. I would highly recommend Sarah and her colleagues services at Mann in Redhill. Excellent, reassuring advice from trustworthy professionals.

GoogleSarah from the Redhill Mann estate agent was amazing in helping us get our dream place, without her hard work and tenacity it wouldn’t of happened she went above and beyond at every opportunity. With support from Simon who both kept us updated every step of the way and they really gelled the whole process. Monika our mortgage broker was also a real key person in the whole process always going above and beyond.
