I would like to thank Sarah and the team at Mann estate agents for all, their work, support, advice and guidance. Over the course of 2 .5 years our chain broke 3 times leading to the loss the house we intended to purchase. This was an incredibly stressful process during which I cannot speak highly enough of Mann and in particular Sarah. Mann worked tirelessly to find a buyer and to assist with the process of selling our property. We were kept updated and Sarah was always there to discuss any issues with us. Eventually we secured another buyer through Mann and recently exchanged contracts. We have no hesitation in recommending Manne estate agents who in our opinion went above and beyond.

Me and my wife rented through Mann Dartford. A few staff there, Timothy Knight, and Lauren Finley were really professional and nice, however, later on in our tenancy we dealt with a lady called Piara Ullah. Piara had no customer service skills, she came across rude and treated us like we were not important as we were only the tenants. It's a shame as I would have left 5 stars as the rest of the great were great.

If I could give no stars I would. My son is a first time buyer therefore an ideal buyer who has tried contacting Mann and Co for two weeks to request a viewing. Doesnt matter what time of day he phoned no one answered the phone.. He then put himself out and travelled into Ashford town branch only to be told it is a letting agent. The staff member there told him that he would pass the message on and someone would get back to him. Suffice to say no one ever did. My son has tried phoning again and lo and behold no one answers.. One thing is for sure I wouldnt put my house up for sale with them.

Very pleased with the quality of the photos of the property and the friendliness of the staff at the Ashford branch. I was also happy that I used Mann Countrywide thus keeping everything "in house".

Terrible service received a quote asked them to go ahead and arranged the collection of the vehicle, not even been touched and sent another quote which was more than double the original, totally incompetent, would rather give no stars

I have dealt with a lot of estate agents up to now and I can say that Mann estate agents has been head and shoulders above the rest. As I was a buyer they kept me informed on a an almost weekly basis as well as liaising with my solicitor. The staff were very pleasant throughout and even the sold sign was taken away sharpish. All in all a pleasing experience.

Great Team at Mann Portsmouth, I've dealt with Charlotte a few times now and she is one of the best, knowledgeable, efficient and gets on with doing her job! great communication from all of the team and quality Tenants found in very good time - they listen to your wants and don't wants therefore don't waste your time throwing unsuitable prospective tenants at you! thanks team Mann!

Mann Countrywide have been outstanding throughout the whole journey of our recent purchase. Jayne at Swanley was great and effectively reduced the anxiety of our purchase and her recommendations ensured a seamless process. As recommended we used the Countrywide mortgage adviser, Tony helped ensure we got the most from our Mortgage and assisted us with everything from our mortgage in principle to insuring our home. We also used the countrywide solicitors who were extremely efficient, they were available over the weekend and even Christmas but this did mean we had to wait a lot for our sellers solicitor. Personally I can’t fault Mann Countrywide and they will be my first choice in the future
