GoogleI let my flat through Mann Countrywide, and could not be happier with the service provided. In particular, Daniel Sarpong was absolutely fantastic. As anxious landlords, he went out of his way to make the process as smooth as possible for us, answering all our emails and calls quickly providing us with reassurance as well as information all along the way. Thanks also to Doug and the rest of the team for their help. Definitely a "local" service, not like you would expect get from the bigger chains, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an agent in the Sydenham area. Thanks Mann!

GoogleWe rented a property from Mann Countrywide Sydenham, and received an excellent service from Doug and Dan. We viewed a couple of houses but they were not trying to push us to rent something that wasn't right; once we found the one we loved they made sure the paperwork and moving in part ran smoothly. The house was in a fantastic condition, with paintwork done where discussed and flat cleaned. I would recommend and use Mann Countrywide again!
Thank you for the wonderful review Reeta, Doug & Dan are very pleased to be remembered by you. We would be delighted to help you find another property when the time comes.

GoogleMann Countrywide Sydenham helped me to find the perfect rental property within my budget, and location requirements. What is usually a stressful experience (I've rented a few properties in the past 15 years), Mann Countrywide has made easy and enjoyable. Would recommend above all other Agencies, and will defiantly use in the future. Special thanks to Dough and Hazel, your professionalism and caring approach has been greatly appreciated!!

They have been open, helpful and friendly right from the start and and have really looked after me throughout the whole process. They are also incredibly efficient and thorough. GoogleI'm just about to move into my second let arranged through Mann Sydenham and they have made the transition seamless. The staff are great, and it's lovely to see familiar faces still at the branch a year later. I think that says something about them as a team. Daniel (the manager) was great at looking out for suitable properties for us, and Doug is a warm, friendly Lettings negotiator who really looked after us. Hazel completed all the paperwork side of things very efficiently. What else can I say? Fab!

GoogleI don't normally go to the lengths of writing recommendations however in this case I will make an exception. The Lettings team at Mann was recommended to me by my colleague at work who currently has a property managed by the firm, initially I was somewhat dubious as I felt most agents would surely offer the same quality of service. I was mistaken and have personally thanked me colleague for the advice.Head and shoulders above the other 2 local high street agents I engaged, from the start the teams down to earth nature made both me and my partner comfortable we made the right choice. They also rented it on the just the 2nd viewing. Well done Mann and thank you

GoogleI found the level of service from Doug at Mann Sydenham excellent . From the first phone call to the viewing and the offer stage Doug has kept me informed and guided me through the letting process with real care. As a new renter I have visited many local agents but I have not been as impressed. I would recommend any of my friends to search for a property with this agent. Exceptional!
Thank you for your lovely review Steph, Doug appreciates his special mention.

GoogleAmazing experience from the Mann Sydenham team. This was our first time renting and after stressful weeks of viewings we found Mann and they made everything simple for us. From our first viewing with Doug and his friendly honest approach it was a quick stress free process. Dominika handled our referencing like a pro communicating back and forth was never an issue and we never had to wait for a response. I've already recommended Mann to people as I feel that they actually care about the tenants and making sure you are in the right property. Also I'd like to say a big thankyou to Nadine our property manager, having never had one before I was pleasantly surprised, she is always quick to respond to our queries and questions very polite, helpful and knowledgeable.Another great asset to the Mann company
