Estate agents don't usually get praise but I cannot praise and thank the team at Mann enough, especially Daniel who rented our house within 1 week of our initial appointment (when another agent had it on the market for 2 months) . Without his endless diplomacy and patience as my partner will now admit he had not been the easiest client as we had been disillusioned. I would highly recommend working with the team, popping into their office and having a proper chat about what you want to achieve. They are professional and most of all realistic about what you can acheive no Pipe Dreams with Mann.Reputable Team for sure!!

Doug and Andrea have been exceptional in helping us to secure our new rented property. MANN has been very professional and friendly. The best agency so far (and I moved 5 times in London already). They provided us all the documents and certificates on front. The agent that show us the property was nice and friendly and waited for us for more than one hour when we got stuck in the traffic. And they even gave us a nice bottle of red wine to celebrate the new home. Amazing. Highly recommended.

This has been a joke! I moved into a managed property 2 years ago and since then we have at least 3 different property managers. I would email with an issue only to get a response a month later that the person was not working there anymore and no one would ever follow it up!! When moving out of the property on the day of the check-out, I sent a formal request for the return of the deposit and still to this day A MONTH later, we haven't received anything. I have been calling and emailing and I've been ignored and lied to. I'm very disappointed in the service as Doug was really nice when he showed us the house 2 years ago.

Please be advised that due to the 'rent collection only' service that we provide to the Landlord of this property, this would not involve any property maintenance management, however I am deeply sorry for the stress and inconvenience caused. With regards to your deposit, authority needs to be obtained from the Landlord to release the deposit and this authorisation would only be secured once a check out report has been completed. If works need to be carried out on the property after the Tenants have vacated, this can unfortunately lengthen the process of returning the deposit. I am sorry that you feel you have been ignored and lied to. It imperative that excellent service and communication is provided at all times and please be assured that all feedback is taken extremely seriously. Doug has been a very diligent representative, being on hand to answer any queries we have had. The most important thing is that I feel we can trust the team in this branch which, from my experience with letting agents, is something that I have rarely been able to do. I would have liked a bit more flexibility in the times we could visit the branch, but overall a really professional and friendly team.
