I had a fantastic experience with Shannon at the Ramsgate office of Mann Estate Agents. From start to finish she was incredibly professional, but what really stood out was how much she went above and beyond to help me feel confident about my decision. She kindly allowed me to view the property multiple times and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. During the visits she also offered thoughtful guidance and advice on how the space could work, from furniture placement to how the rooms could be arranged. That really helped me visualise what life in the flat could look like. Thanks to Shannon’s support, I was able to truly see myself living there, and I honestly do not think I would have felt as certain about my choice without her help. Shannon who helped recently with us finding a new property has gone and above beyond, she has maintained contact throughout making sure that everything has been in place, she worked past her hours one day just so we knew that we had been successful in being accepted by the landlord of the home. Anytime I have contacted she has always got back to me quickly and nothing has been too much trouble for her. Whilst doing the viewing for the property she was very professional but was also very down to earth which helped us to feel more at ease when viewing the property.

Shannon was the lady that helped us with our move. A really well mannered lady and professional throughout. Any issues raised have been dealt with promptly. They have remained in contact to ensure all was OK with the move. It was also my sons 9 th birthday of which she had know hes into his football and must have used her own free time to even put a bday card in the post. Which to be honest there are no words for her kindness. She is the best estate agent I have dealt with by far. Definitely would suggest Shannon and Mann Lettings to anyone looking for a new home. I just wanted to leave a genuine review for Damon, who truly went above and beyond for me. He stayed behind after hours so I could collect my keys, even though he had absolutely no obligation to do so. That level of dedication and kindness is incredibly rare to find these days. Damon was patient, understanding, and made sure everything was sorted without making me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. His professionalism and willingness to help meant a lot, and it really shows how much he cares about his customers. He is honestly one of a kind, and his effort did not go unnoticed. I've just bought my first flat through Mann Estates and right from the very first viewing they were unbelievably helpful and supportive. The entire team I had the pleasure of meeting were fantastic, but Eve Charrosin and Taylor Lelliot were right there the whole time and always doing everything in their power to help move the process along. They were absolutely phenomenal and so friendly and patient at all times; they were happy to explain everything and to give time to think about things - there was never any pressure to move forwards until I was ready! When one flat I'd been hoping to buy didn't work out, Eve immediately looked around for other similar properties, and one of her suggestions is the one I've ultimately purchased. Taylor managed to get me a great mortgage rate and they both kept me updated through the entire process so I always felt I knew what was happening from their end! It was really easy to get in touch at any time - someone always answered the phone within a few rings and everyone was always so friendly and helpful, and emails were always answered really quickly.
