GoogleIf you want to sell your property speak to Junaid. We had trouble selling our apartment, initially no offers, then 2 buyers who pulled out last minute before finally finding the right buyer. Junaid came into the picture when the first of the 2 buyers pulled out, managing to have another offer within 2 weeks (!!!). And even when the 2nd buyer pulled out, he found the right buyer again within 2 weeks. For us Junaid was a reassurance that things would work out. Besides selling and finding buyers, he went the extra mile when it comes to arranging anything for the apartment whilst under offer, such as painters, checking on the mail etc.

GoogleThis is a delayed review, but I felt it was important to share our experience. Unfortunately, our experience with this agency during the purchase of our home was very disappointing, particularly in our interactions with Laura, who was handling our case. Throughout the process, we often felt unsupported and dismissed. When we asked questions, Laura repeatedly responded with statements such as “it’s not my property, I don’t know,” which was frustrating and unhelpful during what is already a stressful process. We had clearly communicated from the beginning that our situation was time-sensitive, as our tenancy was ending and we needed to complete the purchase before the end of July. Despite this, there was little sense of urgency or understanding. What stood out most was a scheduled meeting where both my wife and I attended in person. We were spoken to for over 15 minutes without even being offered a seat, which felt highly unprofessional and discourteous. During that same interaction, we were also told, “if you don’t want to buy the house, it’s up to you,” which only added to the negative experience. Overall, we felt we were treated poorly and without the level of respect and professionalism expected. Buying a home is a major life event, and unfortunately, this agency, and particularly our experience with Laura, made the process far more difficult than it should have been.

GoogleAppalling service. I was recommended to this company and made an appointment for them to visit our property for a valuation. The appointment was confirmed by e mail, but unfortunately forgotten by their sales team. A subsequent phone call was promised to offer an online valuation. Unfortunately again it was forgotten. A really disappointing service.
