Honestly I don´t know where to start

Honestly I don´t know where to start. But after speaking to their Regional manager it all makes sense. First thing they wanted was to get us to speak to their specialist panel of mortgage brokes that can get more deals etc. In contrast to the last estate agents we bought from they wanted a fee up front etc. They were also keen to market our house for us and I asked multiple times to send me a some information oin their fees etc which was avoided 3 or 4 times. We have seen house that has been on the market for overa year, I spoke to the vendors son while at the viewing and he explained they weren´t in a rush and wouldnt need us to have a an offer on our house to accept an offer. I asked him and he said no he was happy because they arent in a rush. We were loking to put anb offer in when a reginal manager i have never spoken to calls up again trying to market our house, I told him I didnt get a good feeling from them and chose another estate agent we had a better experience withg and he went on to bash them for not being able to get photos for 2 weeks. I said the marketing on the other company and the treatment is much better and I was going to use them anyway and he proceeded to send a whstsap message. I get my name is difficult but I am dyslexic and a sales person and I make sure I spell people name correnctly so I mentioned like I said before about trust and I will post the transcript below of teh cinversation.. Allun; Professionalism, interesting, I merely answered a question. My professionalism, is getting the best possible outcome for my clients. Having been the top agent in my area for many years. It would suggest that I’m very good. I have informed Zeyad, and that’s fine. Being the best in the business, making a client wait 2 weeks for photos is ridiculous. Also, you said that the agent said said there are not many properties around you as evidence, again wrong. I would like to say how incrediblely patient the team from mann letting agency in Canterbury have been within helping me with not only finding a home but a secure network with understanding and emotional experience behind some would say it hard time in life and as this was my first time doing something like this the team made it so easy and confitable for me although me continuously phoneing in office to find out more about the place I visited with the help of Holly in witch was so helpful and polite and reassured me throughout my place of home and jazmyn I cant say thank you enough for your patients and understanding in all the confusion and whirlwind lol and thank you.... last but not forgotten the lovely lady I speak to every time I called the receptionist how kind and well mannered si polite and helpful it was nice to have chat and natter thank you also for your patience with me hipe to see you all soon kind regards Rikki Warner

From the moment I requested a virtual viewing while we’re abroad, the service from this agency has been outstanding. Charlotte contacted me immediately after I expressed interest and arranged for videos to be taken the very next day. She was consistently responsive to all our questions, and the referencing and affordability checks through Goodlord were seamless and straightforward.
