GoogleI rented an apartment through this campaign, and even though I pay rent every month, the oven in my apartment isn't working. They're telling me that if they repair it, I'll have to pay for it, which is a very stupid approach. The staff are β¦

GoogleAfter feeling somewhat deflated with our current agent, we contacted Abbie at Mann, who went above and beyond to help us. Her professionalism is second to none and nothing was too much trouble. She arranged a comprehensive mortgage advice service for us which was excellent, and enabled us to make an informed decision on our future choices. Even though now is not the right time for us to sell our current home and move on, we certainly will be back in touch with Abbie at Mann once we are ready to proceed. She is friendly, polite, professional and happy to answer any questions. She has treated us like people rather than just wanting a sale which we have found with some agencies. A relativeβs house was sold through the same branch of Mann 15 years ago and Iβm so please that the service has remained at the same high standard.

GoogleIβve never had such a smooth experience. Suk took us through the house viewing and was very patient , kind and informative . Most agents would rush you through the process but he made sure all our concerns and questions were addressed. Holly took us on and was so professional and understanding. She made sure that she explained everything in detail so there was no room for any doubts or open ended feelings. Everything is so well organised and precise. The responses are prompt and youβre kept in the loop throughout . I recommend Mann to anyone looking for a property, the most stress free process ever and they have the best team! .

GoogleUnprofessional. No communication from them. When we viewed the property it was clean and on move-in day place was left dirty, holes and marks on walls and left over goods. Whole process was terrible.
