He has taken a thorough, personal and speedy approach to our sale and has been really supportive since he first showed us the property we are close to completing on. Junaid is very fair, balancing both our needs as buyers and the sellers as well - not an easy job. He has made fantastic recommendations, communicated excellently and is always willing to go an extra mile, always with a smile. I have also appreciated that when he is unavailable, he makes sure we are left in good hands and that we are still looked after. As a result, can’t recommend Mann, and Junaid highly enough. GooglePopped down to speak to somebody today at 12.30 about a property they have listed on rightmove I was interested in. The property is in an ideal location for work and within my budget.
Google says open until 2pm. Lights on and people sat inside at desk but doors locked and a ‘sorry we’re closed sign’ on the door.
Even if they were busy with other people why they won’t let you in to wait to speak to someone is odd. Lost a potential sale. Won’t bother now and will keep looking elsewhere instead.

GoogleMy family and I had been searching for a three-bedroom property for what felt like forever. We have two very small dogs, and unfortunately we kept being turned away time and time again because of them. It was becoming really disheartening.
From the very beginning, Tamara and the team showed such flexibility and kindness. She gave us a viewing and clearly explained the entire process, which made us feel comfortable and supported straight away. Everything was handled digitally, making it so convenient and stress-free. Within just a week of the viewing, we had the keys in our hands!
We are so incredibly grateful to MANN for giving us a chance when so many others wouldn’t. Their efficiency and quick working really stood out.
We also had a small issue with a leaky bathroom after moving in, and their response was amazing, a plumber was booked within 20 minutes of my call. That level of responsiveness gave us so much reassurance.
If you’re looking for a letting agency that is professional, efficient, flexible, and genuinely kind, I cannot recommend MANN highly enough. Thank you for helping our family find our home!
