GoogleThe Rutland, Stamford and South Lincolnshire office successfully sold our property. Ildi and Jan handled everything efficiently. We were particularly impressed with Ildi's communication, she kept us up to date with progress at all times. We have no reservation about recommending Fine & Country. Excellent service, thank you.

GoogleI didn't use F&C as my Estate Agent, but having had such a great experience buying a house through them, they will certainly be the only firm I use in future. We went through 3 estate agents when selling our house and I could pick faults with all 3. However our interactions with F&C, and specifically Haydn and Kelly, were exemplary. They really do care about their clients and nothing was too much trouble for Haydn. He was prompt with enquiries and even through the Covid lockdown was available throughout (my firm furloughed everyone and didn't even tell me!!). Brilliant Estate Agents, wish I had used them from the start and will do in future and recommend them to friends. Keep up the good work 👌

GoogleWe found it incredibly difficult getting hold of the agent and ended up contacting the seller directly on 2 occasions after phone calls were not returned. An offer from us was also passed on to the seller when we hadn't officially put an offer forward at that point. That said, on the occasions we did get to speak to the agent, they were incredibly nice and apologetic. Unfortunately for us though, the lack of communication made our experience with this agent stressful and therfore would be very hesitant to deal with in the future.

GoogleTried to get in touch to enquire about several properties but agents from two different branches were unhelpful and disinterested. I ended up giving up with them.
