FacebookCannot rate Fine and Country high enough. They were always so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We spoke with Olivia mainly who couldn’t do enough for us. Jacqui was also very friendly whenever we called. I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again and highly recommend.

GoogleWe have been looking for a property for around 6 months, we have viewed about 40+ houses and we have to say that Fine & Country have been outstanding in comparison to many other agents. Tristan was so dedicated, friendly and knowledgeable. He managed to successfully negotiate the sale price, boundary and please both sides. The purchase was all agreed, checks completed and off the market within 24 hours. Just shows its possible, even with covid restrictions in place! GoogleI wanted to share a really positive experience I have just had with the Fine and Country team at Kingswood. We bought and sold through them, during the COVID-19 pandemic and they made the whole process as smooth as it possibly could be. They have a team approach, where the whole team visit your house, so that anyone in the office can deal with any question about your property, which is a great idea. They were extremely polite, professional, responsive and proactive and were a pleasure to work with. They were all lovely, but we must reserve special praise for Simon, who was a star. GoogleWe had 2 agents visit our house to carry out an appraisal and give us a valuation. The first agent informed us straight away to expect to settle for less than asking as this was common practice currently. The agent objected about COVID-19 and gave every reason why we should expect a rough ride. The senior gentleman who had been there and got the t-shirt in the estate agent world skimmed through our house and arrived at a valuation quickly. He went on to point out that many people were working from home and marketing would be hindered. Marie Fritz from Fine & Country was the next agent to appraise our house and wow what a different approach. Marie was from the outset self-assured and highly polished. We compared her to the Duracell bunny as she has unlimited energy. Marie offered highly professional marketing immediately with added modern ideas such as Facebook live. Fine & Country requested a contribution to the marketing which was unusual but ultimately it felt like we were in it together. The photos were amazing. Marie does not hesitate to arrange things as she sees fit, highly confident of what viewers on the extremely large variety of portals F&C use. Your house even gets shown in the shop window of Park Lane London, which we found enthralling. The viewings came thick and fast and were always accompanied. Much time taken to demonstrate the details of our home. No question too small to answer. It was not long that we had a buyer who made a very good offer, I will stress that it was over asking unlike the prediction from the more senior estate agent who had too many years of experience to mention. The whole process went smooth from start to finish. The fees are slightly higher than others but if you want unbound energy and someone available to talk to 24/7 via WhatsApp groups or phone. If you want honesty and complete trust and confidence, then Marie Fritz and Fine & Country is the agent for serious movers.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI have dealt with Fine and country, Woodbridge for 3 transactions in the last 2 years. They used to be good, but have recently got new staff and furloughed their manager to save costs. GoogleHaving made little progress with our house purchase plans, everything changed when we met Guy Simmons from Fine and County. Guy truly understood our perhaps unusual needs and having shown us a number of houses, went on to identify a property not yet on the market which was ideal. Guy worked tirelessly to bring the project to fruition; he has built up an amazing network of professional colleagues to address conveyancing, survey, planning, building, rental agreements etc acting like the conductor of the orchestra in bringing all the threads together. He has an amazing degree of local knowledge and Guy became our go-to man for all aspects of the project. Noting the times of his e-mails I am not sure when he sleeps but is always easily available and friendly and has great personal skills. We have now completed and exchanged on the property but Guy continues to help us with our building plans and I hope we will stay friends for years to come. Definitely top of his game!
