We initially placed our property on the market with a competitor. Although we had a few viewings nothing much happened and we had to chase for information. The service we received from Paula and Debbie was a complete contrast. The ladies were interested and "on the case", keeping us informed and ensuring a steady stream of viewings. When a purchaser (a developer) withdrew on the cusp of exchanging contracts the ladies went to work. We were badly shaken by the experience with the developer. Paula and Debbie were empathetic and encouraging - just the kind of positive outlook required after a disappointment. We highly recommend their service.

Booked two days last week to value our house house, 30 minutes before each booked time they cancelled One by by phone second by email which we didn’t pick up as we were waiting for him to come? Said it was a car crash...? Yes!!,! Also over the last year they have been sending post and will not stop sending junk mail, we have phoned them telling them to stop! Sent mail back and will not stop ! Sending it! Over the last 2 weeks we have had another 5 bits of junk mail alone! I’m going to put it over the web every week! Please don’t! Use them! They are rubbish!
