GoogleJust exchanged our contracts for our new home in Sutton. Our whole hearted thanks and appreciation to Fine and country- Cheam. The team had been wonderful from the day of the viewing till this date. One thing you as a buyer you would want is updates, especially your eagerness to know the chain completion. Adrian our Branch manager has been fabulous on that aspect always providing the updates needed to keep our anxiety in check. :-)..

GoogleI don’t like to be negative but I feel I should express the frustration at dealing with your branch when trying to find my forever home and as feedback is a gift, maybe this can help you improve your service. I viewed a property through you and what followed was a rather impersonal experience. No follow up calls, no further detail on the questions we had asked at the time of viewing, just a blanket email asking for final offer to be submitted. I called to speak to Adrian about the process and whilst I appreciate it’s your approach to things, it felt cold. I think if you adopted a more personal approach and improved on your communication that it would really benefit you as a business, like another estate agent in the village who is not part of a chain. I understand the pandemic increased workloads and as you were inundated with calls you probably felt you could afford to be more distant from your clients, but I’d suggest looking at this approach as the world returns to normal as you lost my custom from both a selling and buying perspective. I hope you take this onboard and put things in place to improve your process.

GoogleAdrian, Riley and Jane all provided exceptional support, and showed fantastic customer service. From the beginning of the viewings until we got the keys, they were incredibly helpful. They were always on top of chasing procedures. We did 4 viewings and through each one they were very helpful and answered all the questions we had. The unflagging support and most of all the patience exhibited by Adrian Riley and all the team at Fine and Country Cheam were enormously helpful They provided an excellent and comprehensive service at a very reasonable cost and I would recommend them to anyone selling in this area.

GoogleWe bought our home from Fine & Country 11 years ago, so it made perfect sense to repeat the cycle. Adrian and the team have a vast amount of knowledge on the market and how to best position a property. However, it is also teamed with a great professional and supportive manner. We achieved a quick sale and above asking...we could not ask for anymore. They really do care. Highly Recommend.

They did what they said they would do, and you can't always say that about everybody. In fact they exceeded our expectations. So a good experience all round and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleAfter nearly 40 years the thought of moving and downsizing was daunting. We chose Fine and Country due to their excellent reputation. Adrian, the branch manager, was very reassuring and despite a delay of a year, due to the lockdown, the marketing was superb. It generated enormous interest and led to more than 80 first and second viewings. Sharon and Riley facilitated them all which led to more than 20 offers. F and C filtered and guided us to a successful sale. The F and C team were thoroughly professional, kept us fully briefed and were readily available to give advice. They were a joy to work with and we have no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks to their efforts the selling of our home was much less daunting than we feared.

He is honest, transparent and has been helpful in getting us to this stage very smoothly. If we ever decide to sell our dream cottage, we know who we will be contacting to market the property!

GoogleDamion Merry advance-presented a home in Oxford on Facebook stunningly, and whilst we had no view that we would move, ended up buying the property before it formally hit the market. Incredibly responsive, listened to our needs, acted fast and decisively, and is a shining example of what the very best of Estate agents can do - was simply leagues above others we have experienced over the years. Has now also presented our daughter's home to the market beautifully, with a raft of offers, again, before it even hit the market pukka. Cannot recommend highly enough.

GoogleProfessional, Practical and Friendly We chose Fine and Country because we felt they were by far the most professional estate agent we'd seen. Trying to sell our house through the worst fears of Brexit and having seen potential buyers stall in the first lockdown proved very frustrating. However, the team at Fine and Country, Jay, Emma and Karen delivered a good number of regular qualified viewers in such a way that we were confident we'd sell. They were always contactable by phone and if unavailable would get back to us in good time. They conducted viewing in an extremely professional manner particularly in dealing with the issues around the pandemic. Even once we had an agreed offer they were extremely helpful and we were very grateful to Lucy in supporting us, in getting the deal over the line.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with Fine & Country. They were the only agents who valued our property where we expected it, and it was achieved. Therefore Fine & Country made us considerably more money our property than if we had gone with a local agent who valued it much lower. Their fees are on the high side compared to the majority of agents but were worth it in this case. Our main contacts were Michael and Karen, both of whom were friendly and approachable.
Our marketing strategy is designed to give all our properties for sale maximum exposure. I'm pleased to see that our efforts resulted in you securing the price your property was truly worth!

Having tried sell our house last year with 2 different Agents, we were attracted to the marketing strategy offered by Tristan.
