GoogleWe have just exchanged contracts on a house we are buying through Fine and Country Bishops Stortford. Debbie and Paula have been fantastic through what has been a long a process. They are very approachable, responsive and professional. We could not recommend them highly enough.

GoogleWe were very fortunate that Debbie was the vendors Estate Agent as she was very professional,efficient and very helpful. She was very crucial in getting through what could have been a difficult sale by by been a great go between with the vendor and our lawyer. All this enabled the sale to go through within tight timescales and beat the stamp duty deadline! Thank you so much Debbie (Davies).

GoogleI can’t say enough about Fine & Country and how professional Paula & Debbie both were from start to finish. I personally felt they were working only for us and us only. From the day Paula came to value our property and putting it on the market, to the constant communication with us, the amazing pictures for the advert. When viewings commenced they always came to do the viewings, unlike most estate agents trying to get the vendor to do them. Paula & Debbie are so lovely and nothing like other pushy agents. I would definitely not hesitate to use them both again. We also felt the selling fees were great value for their work involved and worth every penny. We had some laughs along the way and some setbacks from the chain but we were always made to feel reassured all would be ok and it was. Thank you so so much Paula & Debbie for everything you did for us to sell our home and we’ll look forward to dealing with you again someday.

FacebookJust purchased a lovely property in Bulkington and was amazed and grateful for all the support Graham provided throughout the process. When my family and I first met Graham at the property he left an excellent impression on us. His passion and enthusiasm was very evident as he showed us around property. His depth and breadth of knowledge regarding the property left us wondering if he actually owned the property himself! Additionally, Graham was superb in his negotiating skills during the offering process: This enabled us to get us to an agreed sale price very quickly. Once we instructed our solicitors, Graham supported both parties, acting as a mutual and honest broker to allow us to exchange contracts within 4 weeks; which was absolutely fantastic. I’m truly grateful and appreciate everything that Graham has done for me and my family. I will definitely be recommending Graham to my family and friends as, in my view, he his one of the, if not, the best, estate agent in Coventry; someone who trully cares for both parties and isn’t shy to roll up his sleeves to ensure that everything gets completed swiftly to the satisfaction of both parties. GoogleI went to Fine & Country at Kingswood having had a less than acceptable experience with a previous estate agent. How I wish I had used F&C from the start of the process. Each member of the office was actively interested in the sale of my property so were able to assist with any queries. From the day Ben visited to value my home I felt in control whilst being advised. Zoe’s photos of my home were superb. Communication was excellent and my buyers were secured just 10 days after the sale went live. Problems did arise shortly before exchange of contracts, through no fault of mine or F&C, and without Carron’s professionalism, advice, guidance and calming influence, I don’t believe I would now be approaching completion in a couple of weeks. Anyone looking to sell there home should go directly to F&C, you will not be disappointed with the service you receive. GoogleI strongly recommend Fine and Country who provided an excellent, friendly service through thick and thin and finally we were able to celebrate the completion on our family home. My agent Ian demonstrated patience and perseverance through the stressful times and a dedication second to none. An important factor for me having been let down by another agent was that he takes pride in his work and cares about the impact on everyone, demonstrating an impartial stance in a very difficult sale. I would also like to say that the friendly, knowledgeable office staff were also very efficient and as with Ian, nothing was too much trouble.

GoogleFine and Country recently sold our House in Osgathorpe. Daniel valued and arranged amazing photos and was very knowledgeable of the area and subsequently valued the house and pitched it perfectly. It sold very quickly due to his expertise. Following on from that Olivia managed the rest of the sale for us. We were dogged with numerous very stressful hiccups along the way that she was absolutely brilliant at helping us get through She communicated with all parties in the chain reassured us all and quite simply was brilliant from start to finish! I would highly recommend the team for their professionalism, care, support and help during a dreadfully tricky time with COVID restrictions in place and solicitors snowed under with far too many transactions to cope well. The Fine and Country team were supportive and got us through it. Thank you's to go specifically to Olivia who had to bear the brunt of the kerfuffles and not once was she anything other than fabulous.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with Fine and Country after trying with another company, my gosh what a difference going with an experienced company made, the house sold in the first week. Yes there are shiny new companies out there who are great on social media but they can't sell houses for toffee....F&C do it all so well, they were always on hand if needed, they know everyone who you need to know so are great at linking you up with people you might need such as gardeners, furniture suppliers, cleaners etc, and are great at nudging along the conveyancers when needed. Thank you to Olivia, Daniel and Jackie at the Woodhouse Eaves Office you are a dream team.

They dealt with a delicate chain professionally, they liaised with other agents to ensure everyone in the chain was on the ball and ultimately they got us through the finish line. GoogleI can’t rate the support Stevie offered with our move too highly. I can’t remember the last time I came across such excellent service in any industry. She more than exceeded expectations. With a complex chain with five lots of movers in it, inevitably not everything went smoothly. But Stevie really put herself out to keep us all informed and used her considerable knowledge of the legal financial and other processes to ensure everything stayed together throughout. On the day Stevie chased things up and when she said ‘leave it with me I am on it ‘ I knew she would get it sorted, no stress for me. Once we had moved in she responded promptly as usual to help us make contact with the owners regarding a couple of queries re how things worked in the house. So after sales care was just as good. Although I only bought through Stevie I felt like a highly valued customer throughout. Fantastic work thankyou !
