GoogleWe recently sold our house with Fine & Country. They were the only agents who valued our property where we expected it, and it was achieved. Therefore Fine & Country made us considerably more money our property than if we had gone with a local agent who valued it much lower. Their fees are on the high side compared to the majority of agents but were worth it in this case. Our main contacts were Michael and Karen, both of whom were friendly and approachable.
Our marketing strategy is designed to give all our properties for sale maximum exposure. I'm pleased to see that our efforts resulted in you securing the price your property was truly worth!

GoogleMichael and his Team did a great job selling our house. Hard work and enthusiasm along with excellent communication made them a joy to deal with. Yes they were a little more expensive than other agents, but were worth every penny.

GoogleProfessional, Practical and Friendly We chose Fine and Country because we felt they were by far the most professional estate agent we'd seen. Trying to sell our house through the worst fears of Brexit and having seen potential buyers stall in the first lockdown proved very frustrating. However, the team at Fine and Country, Jay, Emma and Karen delivered a good number of regular qualified viewers in such a way that we were confident we'd sell. They were always contactable by phone and if unavailable would get back to us in good time. They conducted viewing in an extremely professional manner particularly in dealing with the issues around the pandemic. Even once we had an agreed offer they were extremely helpful and we were very grateful to Lucy in supporting us, in getting the deal over the line.

GoogleSamantha Armstrong was unbelievable helpful and professional. She went of her way and beyond to help us the one of their properties.. I would highly recommend her and definitely go back in a heart beat for help and advice! I have been dealing with many real estate companies for over a year now, but she tops them with her service, super quick correspondence and even going out of her way to video a property in covid times for us to see as we couldn't get there to view! GoogleFine and Country provided a very professional service in selling our property during these current crazy times - although two prospective purchasers dropped out because the chain broke lower down F&C staff quickly re-listed and another buyer was promptly found. As local property developers we always use F&C (King's Lynn and Fakenham offices) as our first choice estate agent due to their commitment and great service.

GoogleThe whole of the team were just ultra professional and refreshingly honest and open during the whole process and I would thoroughly recommend them especially for one off properties like ours which appeal to a minority of people out there looking for a converted barn Special mention to :- Jan on his initial visit and how the whole marketing and sales process was meticulously explained Christine for her professional and friendly approach during the viewings Ildi was just exceptional throughout with her superb regular communications and her tireless efforts with an unbelievable personal approach with nothing being too much for her 😊

GoogleOnce our sale was agreed we had nothing but the best responsive service from Ildi at Fine and Country. Whilst on the flip side, many other companies were putting a huge amount of blame onto the current pandemic, Ildi - whether she thought it or not! - never quoted the pandemic as an excuse for anything. In fact she turned it on its head and put extra effort into absolutely everything.

GoogleWe recently completed on the sale of property dealt with by the Stamford branch of Fine and Country. From start to finish we were so very impressed with their professionalism, quality, value and assistance. We achieved almost the complete asking price within 4 days of the property being marketed and we were so impressed and appreciative of all ild's hard work and support in processing the sale. It is so hard to find a reliable and ethical Estate agent therefore we would highly recommend and will choose them again.

GoogleThe photograph Fine and Country take of the front of your house will sell it, their trademark dusk lit up by sunset flatters every property and gets you viewings. They understand the market really well and will do what it takes to get the best price, networking, showing commitment, giving attention to detail. You really feel they're on your side with a personal service from people in the know. We would recommend them above every estate agent for buying and selling.

I wish they had been the one and only agents we used! Their communication is excellent and they are prompt with their feedback.
