GoogleI viewed a property with a young chap named Bert not too long ago, and I must say the experience was a pleasant, yet informative one. Robert immediately made my husband and I feel at ease, and was able to answer all of our questions, specifically regarding SDLT and what the estimated moving costs would be to clear our property. GoogleVanessa and the team at Fine and Country were excellent in helping us to sell our house. From the outset their professionalism and passion was evident. We were very pleased with the marketing of the house. The brochure and video were of a very high standard and Vanessa’s voice over was excellent. Our house was a listed property with a large garden and Vanessa clearly understood how best to present and market it and she was also very good through the sale process hand holding us when required and always with a lovely disposition. She always returned our messages, even when she was on holiday! We would have no hesitation in highly recommending Vanessa and the team.

GoogleF&C were unable to find a buyer for months and when they finally did, they mishandled the execution resulting in the buyers acquiring a neighbouring property. Since then both F&C existing agents resigned without notice (they were still instructed as joint agents and being messaged for assistance - with no reply) yet F&C claimed for their full "joint" commission once another agency sold the property. There is a clear market leader in South Bucks and it is not F&C.

GoogleWe are very happy with the service we received from Fine and Country when selling our property. We cannot praise Olivia Shaw (Luxury Property Expert) highly enough. When our chain started to stumble, she persevered and reassured us every step of the way. She communicated to us and for that we are truly grateful. It is so important that Clients are kept updated and she did. We sold our property on the first viewing, Daniel is an expert at putting you at ease with the process and also making recommendations in how to display the property. Overall it has been a very satisfactory process and we would highly recommend Fine and Country to sell your property.

GoogleMoving is more stressful than I could have imagined. All you want are real people that do what they say they are going to do. I was purchasing a property from F&C and I thought they were really good. Skie was a pleasure to deal with. She was professional and felt like a real person. She was responsive and delivered. On that basis I would absolutely recommend F&C.

GoogleAs a purchaser, dealing with all members of the T&C team in Stamford throughout the viewing, negotiating and pre-contract phases was a thoroughly professional experience. When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.

GoogleExcellent service throughout. Steve and the team at Fine and Country marketed and managed our sale with exceptional professionalism. From the moment we engaged with Steve he offered sensible advise regarding selling our house. They dealt with every viewing on our behalf working around any timing we provided. Steve kept us fully informed regarding every aspect of the sale and made it easy for us to move under seven weeks from offer to completion, by ensuring he spoke to every part of our short chain (solicitors for both us and our buyers, aswell as the buyers, and the agents/solicitors for the property we were buying). Cannot rate Steve and the team more highly. Steve knows the industry - we bought the house we just sold through, from him, 14 years previously.
