GoogleWe recently purchased a property via Fine and Country Ware office. The service provided was excellent. We dealt with both Steve Ensum and Richard Cartwright, we found they was professional, reliable and honest. Hopefully we will not be moving again but if we do, I would t hesitate to use their services.

GoogleWe came by Fine & Country Ware after a pretty disastrous experience using another local branch (unprofessional, rude, borderline negligent), and quickly discovered that as they're working under a franchise model, you can have chalk and cheese experiences with F&C. Richard is superb. From minute one of introducing us to what has become our dream house, he was friendly, informed, attentive and generally excellent to work with. The opposite of the stereotypical Estate Agent. We also met Steve through the process who was an equally great operator (and lovely man with it). Not only was it a friendly service, but highly effective. Richard coached when needed, coaxed at other times and played the whole process perfectly to make it all work like clockwork. Not once did I feel I was being sold to, patronised, or manipulated. No hesitation whatsoever in the 5 star review, you'll find it hard to find better agents locally. Thanks so much Richard.

He was knowledgeable and TOTALLY transparent about all aspects of the property we were viewing. We were delighted with property and bought it. During the whole process, Ross kept us updated and was great liaison between us and the vendors pre and post completion, answering any questions we had. GoogleSelling your property is known to be one of the most stressful experiences in the world. I’d been let down by another agent, who let the sale of my house slip through their fingers; so I went to Fine and Country in Canterbury instead. From the start, Area Manager Ross Anderson provided clear and sensible advice, ably supported by Rupert Mitchell (Senior Negotiator) and Amanda Robinson (Sales Progressor) and it was obvious that they were extremely skilful in managing the process of matching vendor with purchaser - the very first day of viewings, I got an offer at full asking price. The process of journeying to exchange/completion was long and tortuous - through no-one’s fault - and over the months I relied heavily on support from all three of these people to help me and advise me. The thing that distinguishes Fine and Country from other agents, is that they have a strong human element: they always returned calls, always listened patiently and their kind support was invaluable. It was particularly vital in this situation because of the volatile market and changing economic picture during the process of sale. I really needed the expert advice; and I got it. I recommend Fine and Country unreservedly.

GoogleSarah Garland acted as the Estate Agent on my behalf when selling my property. Sarah generated a good customer base and held an open day which led to several offers. Due to circumstances beyond our control the chain broke several times. Each time Sarah worked hard to find a new buyer and when we completed it was in excess of the original asking price. Sarah was professional and hardworking throughout and I would recommend her to any potential seller.

Sarah went above and beyond in terms of ensuring both the sale and purchase went through. Her experience, commitment and passion for her job as well as her great communication skills and friendly personality ensured it went as smoothly as possible. Buying and selling homes is never straight forward, so many separate activities, paper work and third party relationships to manage and coordinate but having someone of Sarah's caliber made it happen. GoogleI really can’t speak highly enough of Martin & Rachel. They exceeded our expectations from our very first meeting right the way through to completion. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were happy to speak in the evening and even on a Sunday. We were very happy with the price they achieved, especially as two other agents had valued our house at £50k lower. I would thoroughly recommend Martin & Rachel. Keep up the good work!

GoogleRachel and Martin, at Fine and Country Solihull, are absolutely outstanding Property Agents. Their level of service, customer sensitivity, communication skills, market place knowledge and professionalism cannot be faulted in any way. From the very first meeting they both oozed confidence and commitment and delivered on every promise. Now I do have to say that they are not the cheapest in the business, but their levels of service and delivery on sales price more than justifies any small premium. The marketing package costs a bit extra too but the value and quality more than justifies that cost too - it's the best in the business and helped to get me a great sales price. Martin and Rachel recognised the true value of my home and marketed it accordingly, achieving £20k over the guide price. I'm more than happy. Thank you so much for a hassle free and lucrative sale, you are very highly recommended.

GoogleMartin and Rachel, of Fine and Country (Solihull) have provided an excellent service throughout the whole process of selling our house. They have gone above and beyond what could have been expected, not just in our house sale, but have supported us in a variety of ways in the process of buying our new property. They always responded very quickly when we contacted them, including evenings and at weekends. They even conducted a house viewing at short notice on a Sunday. They are always friendly and professional and nothing has been too much trouble, even when we made very off the wall requests! They negotiated a good price for our house in a difficult market and have provided a service that is second to none. Fine and Country are not the cheapest agents, but the price is justified by the very high level of service and we would highly recommend Martin and Rachel.

GoogleDuring the time we have known Martin and Racheal throughout the sale of our property, we have found them to be highly professional and incredibly supportive during the selling process. Additionally they have kept us bouyed during challenges faced, such as our property chain breaking down, quickly securing a new sale remaining positive and therefore reassuring us. We have also valued their expert advice during the conveyancing period, usually delivered with a keen sense of humour and a sense that nothing is ever too much trouble for them. GoogleI cannot recommend Martin and Rachel highly enough. We had tried to sell with another (cheaper) agent, during the very buoyant 2021 market and failed. You definitely get what you pay for, the difference in service was astonishing. Martin secured a higher asking price, which covered his additional fee, in the very difficult period in 2022 when interest rates began to rapidly rise. We went from under offer to completion in 3 months, I am confident that this would not been the outcome without Martin's efforts. From the first visit to value the house, Martin and Rachel were available at all times, even conducting a viewing on a Sunday afternoon with only an hour's notice. They were keen to address any potential issues that might arise and deal with them in a pragmatic way. Martin and Rachel gave us every confidence that the selling process, overseen by themselves, would not be the stressful experience we had previously endured and I'm delighted to say they were right!

GoogleWe first had Rachel and Martin out to value our property and I can honestly say they were the best out of the three we saw however they weren’t the cheapest and we made the mistake of going with the lower fee. Fast forward 4 months and we are no further forward with our sale. We called them back and they did an open house and found us a buyer really quickly. They sold it for more than we had it on the market for with the previous agent so the fees weren’t an issue. We were so pleased with the service I would definitely recommend them for a smooth sale.
