GoogleDuring the time we have known Martin and Racheal throughout the sale of our property, we have found them to be highly professional and incredibly supportive during the selling process. Additionally they have kept us bouyed during challenges faced, such as our property chain breaking down, quickly securing a new sale remaining positive and therefore reassuring us. We have also valued their expert advice during the conveyancing period, usually delivered with a keen sense of humour and a sense that nothing is ever too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend their services and committed approach to customer care to our family and friends and would not hesitate to use them again.

GoogleI cannot recommend Martin and Rachel highly enough. We had tried to sell with another (cheaper) agent, during the very buoyant 2021 market and failed. You definitely get what you pay for, the difference in service was astonishing. Martin secured a higher asking price, which covered his additional fee, in the very difficult period in 2022 when interest rates began to rapidly rise. We went from under offer to completion in 3 months, I am confident that this would not been the outcome without Martin's efforts. From the first visit to value the house, Martin and Rachel were available at all times, even conducting a viewing on a Sunday afternoon with only an hour's notice. They were keen to address any potential issues that might arise and deal with them in a pragmatic way. Martin and Rachel gave us every confidence that the selling process, overseen by themselves, would not be the stressful experience we had previously endured and I'm delighted to say they were right!

GoogleWe first had Rachel and Martin out to value our property and I can honestly say they were the best out of the three we saw however they weren’t the cheapest and we made the mistake of going with the lower fee. Fast forward 4 months and we are no further forward with our sale. We called them back and they did an open house and found us a buyer really quickly. They sold it for more than we had it on the market for with the previous agent so the fees weren’t an issue. We were so pleased with the service I would definitely recommend them for a smooth sale.

GoogleWe worked very closely with Rachel & Martin at Fine & Country when selling our property School Farm Barn in Maxstoke. We set a tough target price & managed to exceed it. Working with the Fine & Country team was faultless from beginning to end: local market research, photography & videography, the property sales particulars, arranging an open day & multiple viewings…. everything ran very smoothly. GoogleAlex at Fine & Country was a joy to deal with throughout our whole buying process. It was a long and complicated chain and there were several tense moments but she kept everything moving and went above and beyond to keep us informed and make sure everything went through in time. She was always friendly, positive, honest, and incredibly proactive - she made a very stressful time much more manageable for us. We have had less than positive experiences with estate agents in the past but we certainly were able to rebuild the trust during our experience with Fine and Country and in particular, with Alex.

As an international estate agency trainer and property awards judge, I know a thing or two about what good estate agency looks like! The joined-up, sensitive and hard working service we received from their dedicated sales progressor Philippa Martinez was extraordinary from start to finish. She was a delight to deal with. Detailed, personal and on-it at every turn of an otherwise tricky purchase. A great example of why everyone should use a "proper" estate agent! Highly recommended.

From my first meeting with Chris to then being in regular contact with Sue, Tania and later Graham in the office, I always received a very warm friendly & informed service. The phone is always answered or most importantly a call is returned promptly. I must also mention Sarah the photographer and Philippa in after sales, again both a credit to the team. I have had nothing but first class service in what has been an incredibly busy and volatile market. I highly recommend giving them a call, you won’t be Diss-appointed!

GoogleI recently sold my house through Fine & Country Diss office (my property was in Eye). I felt very supported through the whole process by their team, Chris, Tanya, Tom and Phillipa. I sold to a chain free cash buyer so it all went relatively smoothly. I was kept up to date regularly and I found all the staff to be professional, friendly and helpful. GoogleThe Diss office have acted for the vendors of the beautiful thatched cottage that we exchanged on yesterday. Sue has been a lifeline, answering every question and liaising with the vendors to sort out surveys, electrical checks and general questions. Once things were into the legal phase the ball was passed to Julie (after sales at Norwich) who is Lioness class!! The lengths that she went to in order to exchange on the date agreed was amazing, liaising with solicitors and agents from the bottom of the chain to the top. Everyone we spoke to at Fine & Country were friendly, caring and professional. Highly recommended!
