GoogleBrilliant experience with renting through Abbott’s, we dealt with Nina from Start to finish and she was brilliant! Communication was A*. We understand sometimes they are very busy but she always managed to get back to us the same day. We was very happy to be moved in our house with in two weeks of first viewing :) Would highly recommend Abbott’s for rental in the future to friends and family.

GoogleI can't recommend Abbotts Colchester enough! They are an incredibly professional and friendly team and I could not have purchased my home without the help of Spencer and Max. Spencer went above and beyond to ensure we could move into our first home before Christmas. He communicated with me every step of the way and that made me feel at ease. If you're looking to purchase/sell your home, these guys have been incredible! Thank you all again for everything you've done for me!

GoogleI recently sold and purchased through Abbotts in Rayleigh, and found them to be extremely efficient and helpful. Feedback and updates were always prompt, I never had to chase them and they found me a buyer quickly. I had dealings with Melissa and Nick who were both always helpful and polite. Really happy in my new home and couldn't thank Abbotts enough!

GoogleWe had a terrible experience with Abbotts, I would not recommend them to anyone. To summarise, we were lured in by Matthew and his promise of "3 viewings already on our property" before we had signed our contact - of course these didn't exist and Nick agreed we had be falsely advertised into signing a contract with the company. Melissa is so unorganised, she arranged a viewing on our property that she did not show up for then asked us to return home to do it! She had very poor communication at giving feedback. The communication is poor and staff consistently contradict eachother, we did not know where we stood half the time or what was happening with our property. (A staff meeting would be beneficial to this company so they can learn how to work together and are then able to provide the same and correct information). After many poor exchanges with the company, particularly Nick and Melissa, Nick "allowed" us to go multi-agency following a meeting we had in the branch. However, once he could create a paper trail of emails, he had changed his mind and advised we were only allowed to appoint one other agent on a "joint sole agency". Of course, this was questioned and Nick returned to his original agreement. If you're a young person trying to sell your property, avoid Abbotts Rayleigh. They're absolutely horrendous. We only returned to Abbotts as that is who we bought our property with, hoping Claire would still be there. Those working within the selling team now are of a much lower standard than previous years.

From start to finish everything was explained clearly, with advice on every aspect including surveys and lenders. She followed up every query and made us feel at ease until the offer went through.
