GoogleAbsolutely outraged by the check out service provided here. No deposit or communication received, 5 weeks after leaving property. I would steer clear of this company as the process of receiving your deposit back are non existent. The communication is so poor, that they are breaching every clause of their contract. I had to put 1 star but it deserves -10 stars. I will be seeking legal advice so please ensure before you rent of these guys that check out other more ethical companies.

GoogleChose Abbotts as it was recommended by a friend, has an awful experience with a previous agency therefore I hope everything will go smoothly with this one. So far I've been impressed, on time, spot on and quick in finding tenants. Good customer service too.

GoogleWe had several catastrophes during the sale of our house, none of which were the fault of the Estate Agents. They kept us informed, were easily contactable, and reliable throughout the whole process, which really took a lot of the stress away. I would absolutely recommend the Swaffham branch.

Mark made the process a lot easier for us and we are very grateful.
