GoogleAbbots itself is ok and Alex was super proactive and nice when handling our end of tenancy. However, Countrywide is disappointing as we’re having a very hard time trying to get our deposit back. So I would avoid Countrywide and all its agencies as a whole.

GoogleMoved me and my partner into a flat (first time renters) waited 5 days to move in after all checks.
4 months later we are I formed that there are several risks to life via wiring and electrics. Our power box is outdated. And our shower can shock us or cause death.
Called over 30 times with no answer because no one in the office.
No communication between staff. Seems that they ignore some calls once they have a number saved.
Giving it another week to see what will happen before calling environmental health and calling the courts.

GoogleWell what can I say about these guys, only one thing, they are amazing!! I had my house up for sale with various other estate agents for six months prior to using Abbott’s with no luck whatsoever. Max used to call me very few weeks to try and get me to use them and stupidly I never switched. Until one day I decided to give them a try. Max and Derrick sold my house within one week, ONE WEEK! I only wish I had used them from the start. Don’t bother with any of the other estate agents, just go straight to the best! Thanks guys.

GoogleUnprofessional, rude, arrogant. Dale was involved with listing my parents property, made false promises and wasted their time. During a meeting he slagged off other estate agents and made rude comments about other people. My mother felt they were being bullied into paying for extra services that she didn't think they were supposed to pay for. Needless to say we withdrew and won't be going back! Horrid experience!
