GoogleI am selling my property in Corpusty Norfolk, we had other valuations but decided to go with Abbotts as it was a fantastic deal including in house conveyancing. The staff are very experienced second to none. They are working very hard on selling my property and I would recommend the Fakenham office of Abbotts to all my friends and colleagues. GoogleAlthough Abbotts Countrywide are not the cheapest Estate Agents they have proved to be the most efficient and my Wife and I are pleased with the service of the Watton, Norfolk Branch. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

GoogleAVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! Cannot give 0 stars unfortunately The most incompetent agents I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! Appalling photos of my property, Also marketed my 1bedroom house as a 2bedroom, I had to sack them! Went to Diggins afterwards which were a world apart(for the better), go there instead!

GoogleI found Abbotts to be very professional, very efficient and also very attuned to the needs of a home seeker. Lucy was great at providing viewings of the right kind of properties. My time wasn't wasted with unsuitable or over budget properties. The conveyancing back up team were good and the purchase and move went smoothly. The on-line conveyancing connect tool was useful to see how the process were progressing. All in all a very good experience. Would whole heartedly recommend.

GoogleI criticize estate agents often as they often get things wrong and make things difficult however Abbots have found my last 3 tenants now over the past 4 years and each time they have been very easy to deal with and have made the letting process for me very simple. The tenants they have found have also been ideal.

GoogleAs a first time buyer, I had visited many estate agents looking for help, however I soon ended up choosing to continue my mortgage application and property searches through Abbotts due to the excellent service received from Harry and Eva (for the mortgage). A big thank you to the both of them, as they are both a credit to the company. Out of all the estate agents I had visited, Harry was the most helpful and provided me with lots of properties to view and always called back to ask me what I had thought. Great service and communication from all, thanks for making it all happen for me!

GoogleCannot recommend these guys enough, Since the first day i walked through the door they have made me feel welcome, always polite and friendly. Simon , Amanda & Mark Mark Swaby the mortgage consultant was fantastic he got me a mortgage that works for me , and was very involved in progressing the process, always checking in with me and keeping me updated every step of the way. He chased everything to ensure all ran smoothly and always with a happy smile and reassuring confidence, he really knows his stuff. As with property purchases there were a few bumps but Mark is passionate about his role and went the extra 10 miles when he didn't need to , just to help me. What a team these guys are !!
