GoogleFrom the moment we contacted Abbots Wymondham office to value our house we couldn’t of wished for a better service, the whole team are amazing, nothing to much trouble, great communication throughout, very friendly and helpful and sold within a week of going on the market. We couldn’t of wished for more, a BIG thank you to the whole team (as you all played a part) for making what could of been a very stressful time not stressful in the slightest.

GoogleJust bought a new house in Old Hunstanton through Abbotts. The sales guy Alex dealt with our purchase. There was a lot of issues to do with the move and he dealt with them in a professional and friendly manner. He even went out of his way to check the property for us as it was empty for a while. Would recommend!

GoogleI bought a park home after just two viewings from Abbott’s. Although I didn’t buy the first one which I planned on buying, it was nothing to do with Abbott’s. They made me aware of the second one and took me to see it immediately. I fell instantly in love with it, made an offer and close on Friday! It was such an easy and smooth purchase. Lee and Sam were both amazing, professional and accommodating! You can’t ask for better service than with them! This has all been accomplished in less than three weeks! Thanks for everything both of you, you’ve made me very very happy.

GoogleWhen you actually get a timely response from them, they're genuinely up there with the best around. It's just a massive shame that this so rarely happens. Genuinely either get no response, or a decent week or two with no reply. I can only talk about using them to rent though, I assume they're much more responsive to buyers / sellers and renters just aren't their priority.

GoogleMy son was looking for his first property to rent and he had no idea what to do. Wishing him to learn who to contact I encouraged him to contact estate agents and arrange viewings with Abbotts. He met Scott Walker who guided him through, deposit, rental advance, references, credit checks, inventory and handover. My son took the keys to the property this week. Abbott’s and Scott I would happily recommend, we met several estate agents but when you asked for electrical checks, gas safe certification, smoke alarm tests only Abbott’s offered them. Now I am going to rent my house through Abbotts and I contacted Scott Walker , it was an excellent service that we received, very approachable , always keep us updated with what’s going on etc. Fantastic customer care. I am going to recommend my friend and I will recommend anybody. Chelsie and Steve were also very, very helpful.Good have that peace of mind....
