Never pick up the phone or update their listings. Tried to claim they had sold something that had been sold by another estate agents in town. Questionable level of hygiene in office. Black Mold across windowsills where they talk to clients. Honestly wouldn't trust them to sell me a fish let alone a house! If you read through their reviews, you'll discover that this seems to be a fairly consistent experience in their sales department.
