GoogleOur whole experience with Abbotts was an absolute pleasure. Some months ago, our Landlady gave us 2months to move out of her apartment because it's been sold, we were online searching for months but we couldn't get any good house. One good day my husband walked in to the Basildon Abbott office, Chris, Alex and the team did a wonderful job, they are very helpful and friendly. Less than 2weeks they got us a wonderful apartment. We are so lucky to meet the TEAM. My kids love it. Thank you Abbotts.

Googleavoid this agency if you want your deposit money back. they are very slow and unresponsive when it comes to returning your deposit. they pass the responsibility to a supposed 'deposit' team, that you have no contact/email with, and do not provide any guidance as to when you will get your money back. its all rosy until they you try to get your deposit money from them back. GoogleCouldn't have had a better estate agent Jenna was brilliant always on hand if I needed her.She helped me with e mails and even collected paperwork from us on her way home she did this twice.When our buyers backed out she quickly got in touch with the other buyers who were interested so that we didn't lose the property we wanted.
