GoogleHighly recommend the Cambridge branch. I haven't received customer service as good as this for a long time. At a time when every business you deal with wants you to scan the QR code, download a useless app and talk to the robot, the sales team in Cambridge are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, responsive and give sound advice.

Contrary to our experience with several other agents, Megan was always very attentive and truly cared about helping us find a place that best suits our needs rather than just ticking boxes. GoogleLinda was very helpful, having to pick up the reigns after previous members of staff, who had been dealing with the sal,e left. The sale was not straight forward as it meant dealing with the housing association joint owners who seemed to go out of their way to make life difficult!. Full marks for perseverance and managing to maintain a cool and very professional approach. I would definitely recommend Linda and the Bury St Edmunds office.

GoogleWe viewed a home recently and was shown round by Diane. She was friendly and helpful. We decided to make an offer which Diane dealt with very quickly. She got answers to all our questions about the home and we were happy to know very quickly also, that our offer was accepted. Diane sorted identity checks etc and did everything efficiently. We were very impressed with her attention to us. However because of a contract issue, another estate agent claimed the sale and unfortunately we have had to go with it, but we would just like to say how impressed we were with Abbotts and if we had a choice we would have stayed with them.

GoogleAbbotts team are the most friendly out of all the estate agents I visited. On arriving from the USA there was a lot of hurdles that needed to be crossed in finding somewhere to live. A special shout out to Gemma . She made this daunting process easy and almost stress free. Gemma took the time to show me the property in a unhurried way and answered all my questions . I had a lot of questions and required information that the team answered freely GREAT job everyone

GoogleReally good & helpful especially Erika Mikalociute. She was really helpful & cooperative. Had no problem in finalising the contact & agreement. Even got to view the property beforehand, which was not the scenario with another agency I contacted. Smooth handover & contract agreement signing In continuation, the after service regarding the maintenance & repairs is also very good...Ann Reeves is really helpful & gets the job done.

GoogleI contacted Abbots last year to inquire about their services though chose not to pursue them. Since then I have been repeatedly contacted month-to-month asking if I am interested in selling with them, or arranging a mortgage. Each time I have informed them that I am no longer selling my property and requested that they cease contacting me. The calls have continued ceaselessly. Take a hint, I'm just not that into you!
