GoogleWe purchased our first home with Abbots and it went very smoothly. Big thank you to Chelsa as she was proffesional and always kept in contact with us throughout the move. Although Abbotts has their own mortgage brokers, they weren't pushy in us using their brokers and happily accepted ours without any issue. We got a nice welcome pack when we picked up the keys which was a nice surprise. I would certainly reccomend using them again.

GoogleAfter trying to sell my property for two and half years using multiple estate agents, I decided to employ the services of Abbotts following a great conversation with the branch manager, Annette and her sales colleague Terry. Annette took my problems on board and showed great sympathy, whilst conveying an air of confidence that she could sell my property. Shortly afterwards the property sold and she also found a great property for me to purchase. The great service didn’t stop there. Annette’s team, initially Ria and then Katie, carried out regular chasers to solicitors and also provided regular updates to me throughout the whole process. I never had to chase them once, they always beat me to it! Late on in the purchase there were some last minute problems posed by the seller and this is where Katie shone. She really took ownership of the situation and made it her duty to make sure my move went through. I really felt the whole time that Katie had my best interests at heart. Annette also took over when Katie wasn’t in the office and both of them were like ‘Pitbulls’ to get the move over the line. We definitely couldn’t have done it without their help - they were worth every penny. Our sincerest thank you’s. Jed and Amy.

GoogleI cannot praise Abbotts at Rochford enough. They made the whole process of selling my house as stress free as possible despite many hurdles to overcome. Annette, Ria and Katie have been so helpful and professional the whole way through and I highly recommend them.

GoogleI chose Abbotts to sell my flat in July . Started off great until they closed the deal with me. Then once it was live on website, there was no communication I had to chase and chase for weeks and months for an update. The flat was not sold nor did they care about my situation being heavily pregnant and needing a quick sale. To be honest David was alright when he was at work. I can honestly say from July to October I’ve had about 3 calls from them , I complained to customer service and they promised to be contacted more often but that didn’t change anything . Finally gave up as still not been called back after 3 weeks of trying, then on Friday I told them that I’m picking up my keys and they took it off the market/website the same day😂. They’re quick to do that but I’m still waiting for a call back after 3 weeks 😂 honestly it’s shocking. Personally I would NEVER use this agent again. Maybe buying /letting is different but selling is a hard no.

GoogleAfter my parents passed away I had to sell their property. I contacted Abbotts in Downham Market and I found them to be very helpful, understanding and professional from beginning to end. The house sold within a week but unfortunately the buyer dropped out due to a very long 28 week probate wait. However, the day probate was granted I instructed Abbotts to put the house back on the market and it was sold in under 48 hours. I dealt mainly with Steven Bond and he was the star of the show, nothing was too much trouble for him.

GoogleInitially very good, once everything has been set up and they are grabbing your money. They are un responsive and of no help to the landlord. I wish I had better report to give but I don’t. Do not let with this company they do not care.
