GoogleI have been extremely impressed with the service offered by both the Fakenham office and Hilarie in Cromer. Initially I was a little dubious, I must be honest, about the need for a dedicated sales progressor to be involved in the purchase process, but Hilarie has been absolutely amazing. I do not believe, with extremely slow responses from the other side, that we would be at the position of nearing completion now without her input, so a big thank you to you all.

When we first met i was taken by your genuine manner and interest in my mothers situation and the understanding that you showed when i explained why we needed a quick sale with as little hassle as possible. I have bought and sold numerous properties over the years and am pleased to say that you stand out as being one of the most professional agents that i have dealt with and thank you myself and on behalf of my Mother for helping expedite the sale quickly and also going that extra mile on a couple of potential sticking points including always responding to my calls and text messages and when i was getting a little fraught about Lawyers. I have no doubt that no other agent of firm would have done so in such a calm manner. GoogleReally happy with the service i received from Matthew when we met him at my property on the completion date. i was very eager to get the property on the lettings market asap and he was generous enough to meet me on short notice and spend a few hours with me explaining the process and checking each room in my new property. GoogleThe whole of the team were helpful, friendly and, most important, achieved a sale. They worked hard in a very competitive market, producing a quality brochure, with great pictures and write-up. On each contact with any of the team I was answered quickly and efficiently. They called back when they said they would, did what they said they owuld do and sold the house! Very happy customer.

GoogleAfter previous problems with the last estate agency I dealt with I was very reluctant to trust another or re-rent my property out I was on the verge of selling. After putting faith in Kerry Brady the new branch manager at the Bury St Edmunds office I can not fault her. I highly recommend her and if your looking to let your property she’s the lady for you from start to finish the process has been stress free. GoogleMe and my girlfriend are currently looking for somewhere to rent in and around Bury St Edmunds to move very soon. I contacted the office last week and spoke with a lady called Kerry who was very polite and friendly who passed me over to her colleague Vivien. She took down our details to see if she can find the right property for us and was helpful. They didn’t have what we are looking for last week, but have contacted us today and booked us in for a viewing this week. We've found the service really good so far and fingers crossed the property is for us as it ticks all of the boxes!
