GoogleThe service received by Abbotts Bury St Edmunds in connection with the purchase of a house can only be described as unprofessional,inefficient and unhelpful. Would suggest some Customer Service Training for the Branch Manager.

GoogleJust an awful experience from initial contact to viewings to final correspondence. Rubbish literature with missing details, generally poor apathy from staff, no interest in the sale until we had exchanged and not an experience we would want to repeat. We would certainly not sell our house with Abbotts and would seriously consider not buying one from them in the future. Why would I want to email this all to a black hole email - Far better for the branch manager from this awful branch to call or make contact themselves...

I was looking at serval properties in Bury St Edmund's and Kerry was extemely helpful, she responded to all my questions, concerns and even got me the answers within a couple of hours. She is very easy to talk and work with.

GoogleMe and my girlfriend are currently looking for somewhere to rent in and around Bury St Edmunds to move very soon. I contacted the office last week and spoke with a lady called Kerry who was very polite and friendly who passed me over to her colleague Vivien. She took down our details to see if she can find the right property for us and was helpful. They didn’t have what we are looking for last week, but have contacted us today and booked us in for a viewing this week. We've found the service really good so far and fingers crossed the property is for us as it ticks all of the boxes!

GoogleAfter previous problems with the last estate agency I dealt with I was very reluctant to trust another or re-rent my property out I was on the verge of selling. After putting faith in Kerry Brady the new branch manager at the Bury St Edmunds office I can not fault her. I highly recommend her and if your looking to let your property she’s the lady for you from start to finish the process has been stress free.
